PERSONAL TRAINING Dual Personal Training This program is designed to be an introduction to Personal Training. You and your partner will take turns training and spotting each other during the session under the direction of a Personal Trainer. Emphasis will be placed on education and technique. You will be given a general workout in this program. Working out together builds relationships and helps you keep your commitment to wellness. Fee: $52 ($26 per person)—One hour session $250 ($125 per person) - Five hour sessions $480 ($240 per person) - Ten hour sessions . SMALL GROUP TRAINING 3 to 4 People for Half Hour Training Session Do you enjoy the company of others while working out Try Small Group Training. You get a group of 3 or 4 people together, pick your trainer or have one assigned to your group, pick your day and time (half hour), and complete a Small Group Training Request Form at the Member Services Desk. Fees are based on training one day a week for a half hour. Additional days would be an additional cost. Fee: $65 per person for 6wk session, (one half hour once a week) Just Design Me a Workout Are you new to exercise Simply want a Personal Trainer to lay out a basic written fitness plan, easy as 1-2-3 You will meet twice for 15 minutes each time with a Personal Trainer, once to go over your goals, and once for the Personal Trainer to go over the written plan verbally with you. This program is only available to new exercisers and health seekers who have never used Personal Training services before. It can only be purchased one time only.
