Beryllium Oxide or Aluminum Oxide (alumina) ceramics<br />

TEMPERATURE RANGE:<br />
-55° to +200°C.<br />
TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT:<br />
These rods exhibit a range of -200 to -300ppm/°C.<br />

LOAD LIFE:<br />
The maximum change in resistance value is 1% when<br />
operated at rated power, with appropriate heat sinking,<br />
for 1000 hours.<br />
POWER RATING:<br />
The surface temperature should not exceed 200°C.<br />
These resistors can handle full power at 70°C and are<br />
then derated linearly to zero power at 200°C.<br />
FREQUENCY RANGE:<br />
DC to 26.5 GHz when using a properly designed cavity or<br />
test fixture with proper heat sinking.<br />
STANDARD <strong>RES</strong>ISTANCE TOLERANCE:<br />
A tolerance of 5% is standard but 2% and 1% tolerances<br />
are available.<br />
