supplementary components, pneumatic machinery, pneumatic pressure

machinery, and complete sets of pneumatic system. We also produce

mechanical press machines. The produces are awarded prizes many

Our company moved to a new larger place in Huishan Economical

Development District, Wuxi, Jiangsu. The new factory occupying more

than 40,000 square meters including construction covering about 20,000

square meters meanwhile both our company's hardware and software have

significant improvement.

Maintenance

1. Check te element and make sure all element are in good condition before useing.

2. Make sure right air flow direction connecting, keep element in vertical position.

3. With adapter bonnet, the flow rate will reduce 10%, one grade accuracy of filter increased, 7% of flow down.

4. When using pressure-reducing valve and filtrating pressure - reducing valve first reset the control hand wheel, fix the pressure gauge and the

stopple on the right position. and make sure no leak (pressure gauge and stopple can exchange position).

5. When using atomized lubricator, first reset the hand of the oil valve to the right level, then airing, and adjust to the right position, Note,

lubricating oil with low-level ketone, arene areforbiden.

6. If connect with metal tabe, please clean the tube first.

Range of Application

This product is installed at the bottom of water cups for auto discharger, air filters

and air filter regulators and can auto discharge the condense water gathered in

the water cup.

Points for Attention

JC series Push in connector

Installation & Using

1. JC series push in connector apply to connecting hard / semi-hard nylon tube, plastic tube, Its max working pressure is 1.0MPa, This serie connector

easy for fitting and good in sealing.

2. (1). Deburr after tube cutting, push tube head into port of connector, (must push into bottom), It makes good sealing and firm connect.

(2). When remove tube, please press the lock with thumb, then put out the tube. (3). After several times connecting, please cut the old

head, deburr for using (4). Elbow Tee cross fittings can be easy change the connection direction by turn it.

Special: 1:Push in Tee terminal connector, dia: Ø6mm JC-3T-Z6M10×1

2:Push in Tee terminal variable diameter connector. dia: Ø6MM B=8MM C=Ø4MM JC-3T-Z6-8-4 M10×1

Installation & Using

1.JT series Ferrule elbow fitting coupling apply to connectiong nonferrous metal tube braided nylon tube. Its max. working pressure is 1.0 MPa.

2. Deburr after tube cutting, push tube head into port of connector. (must push into botton). It makes good sealing and firm connect.

3. This series apply to two kinds connecting tube, using hard nylon tube, please advise us.

1. Adjustable joint install on exhaust and inlet hole of cylinder. It can control flow rate for exhaust and air inlet. It can easy adjustment on low flow rate

area. make cylinder of the ideal operating speed max. working pressure is 1.0 MPa.

2. 1 It is apply to connecting hard nylon tube. plastic tubing. Deburr after tube cutting. push tube head into port of connector. (must push into bottom) .

It makes good sealing and firm connect.

2 when remove tube, please press the lock with thumb, then put out the tube.

3 After installation, please cut the old head. deburr of using.

4 Turn the joint to change the connecting direction

FXSa series silencer

Features

The FXS series silencers is a kind of absorption silencer adopting copper

bead sinlered cup as the sound absorption material. which has quite good noise

reduction effect to the air dynamic noisein high frequency range.

The FXS2a series silencer is a kind of sift plate silencer adopting copper wire

net as the air dynamic noise in middle and high frequency rage. but also is able

to with stand high pressure and is with long life time. in addition, the silencer

sleeve is easy to remove for wushing and replacing, so that the cost can be

reduced.
