understanding in addition to improving communic<strong>at</strong>ion, confidence and<br />
the handling of tough tasks. These activities allow for expression and help<br />
employees improve their reaction to stressful events while working<br />
together to accomplish goals. More importantly, these activities are<br />

(<strong>VORE</strong>) are designed to cre<strong>at</strong>e a unique bond between employees and<br />
managers as they’re paired up for some exhilar<strong>at</strong>ing off-road racing. They’ll<br />
experience an adrenaline rush and pressure and learn quick communic<strong>at</strong>ion<br />
skills while driving in <strong>VORE</strong>’s Challenge race truck. Bonding both driver and<br />
passenger as they work through rough dessert terrain or competing in a<br />
shoot-out through the shot gun course.
If done right, you can expect th<strong>at</strong> this team building activity to be fun for<br />
all your employees and in turn gener<strong>at</strong>e positive feelings about the<br />
