AGC of Iowa Foundation’s
“Dick Sojka Memorial” Golf Invitational

You can help continue to lay the groundwork and raise funds for the AGC of Iowa
Foundation by attending our 16 th annual four-person best shot golf tournament. This
year’s tournament will be held at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside (adjacent to the Riverside
Casino & Golf Resort).
Blue Top Ridge’s world-class golf course offers players
breathtaking vistas overlooking two rivers, man made
lakes and diverse terrain.
The day’s activities start with…
• Registration begins at 10:00 a.m.
• Driving Range opens at 10:00 a.m.
• Shotgun start at 11:00 a.m.
• Box Lunch provided.
• Immediately following the tournament, enjoy great appetizers and a cool
beverage from the cash bar as the day’s winners are announced and
prizes are awarded. Lunch and award presentations sponsored by
Holmes Murphy & Associates.

REGISTRATION
Fee = $175 per golfer (Includes green fees, cart, sleeve of balls, practice range, lunch, appetizers following golf, and
maybe even prize!)
All net proceeds of each golf registration go directly to the AGC/I Foundation.
Participation is limited to 36 foursomes, so sign up early!
To help eliminate any confusion, AGC/I requests one registration per foursome. Individual golfers who wish to
register and have AGC/I arrange a foursome are asked to include their estimated handicap for 18 holes.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for the tournament will be refunded, less a $25 per golfer administrative fee, if requested by July 19, 2012. No
refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date, but substitutions will be accepted. Contact Ricke Welden at 515/283-2424

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort (877) 677-3456. Ask for the special Associated
General Contractors rate of $79.95. Hurry…that rate expires on July 16 th .
