localisation and search for people who have
fallen overboard: immediate real-time location
and display of the man overboard’s precise
coordinates; ease in transferring the location
data to other Divansi ® network equipped
ships; managing false alarms and accidental
warnings…

comprises a specific antenna along with an
on-board control panel specially designed for
intuitive use.

• An individual beacon with a small footprint
specially developed for incorporation into an
inflatable safety vest
• The alarm is immediately triggered through
automatic pull-out of a pin as soon as the vest
inflates, even when the victim is unconscious
• Instantaneous triggering of the on-board
alarm
• Real-time display of GPS coordinates via
the control panel or over a mapping system
• A flashlight is incorporated in the beacon to
facilitate location in the dark
The Divansi ® Mob beacon is directly linked to
Divansi ® network equipped ships, shortening
the time required for alarm detection. It has
a long range, and enables a ship with a 6 m
antenna to locate a person overboard within a
6 km radius.
