Cooking Pasta by Micro Power<br />

Follow directions in chart for recommended dish size,<br />

amount of water and cooking time. Boil water, with<br />

1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Add pasta and<br />

cook for time recommended in chart. Cook on P10.<br />

Test pasta for desired cooking before adding more<br />

time. Slightly undercook pasta that will be heated<br />

again in casserole. Stir and let stand, uncovered, 5<br />

minutes.<br />

COOKING PASTA BY SENSOR COOK<br />

Fresh Pasta (125 g - 625 g)<br />

• Suitable for cooking fresh pasta such as fettuccine,<br />

tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli and agnolotti. (Gnocchi<br />

should be cooked by manual MICRO POWER.)<br />

• Place pasta in an appropriate size dish with boiling<br />

water. Use the above chart as a guide:<br />

• Add 1 tablespoon of oil, if desired, before cooking to<br />

prevent pasta from sticking together.<br />

• Cover dish securely with plastic wrap.<br />

• Halfway through the cooking time, the oven will<br />

‘beep’ and instruct you to ‘Stir/Remove Cover’.<br />

Remove plastic wrap and stir.<br />

• At the end of the cooking time, cover and let stand<br />

for 5 to 10 minutes, if required, before draining.<br />

To Operate:<br />

Select Fresh Pasta, then press Start.<br />

Dried Pasta (125 g - 500 g)<br />

• Suitable for cooking dried pasta such as<br />

spaghetti,fettuccine, macaroni, penne, spiral and<br />

various pasta shapes.<br />

• Place pasta in an appropriate size dish with boiling<br />

water. Use the following as a guide:<br />
