Subject:
Provision of Indoor Plants and Cut Flowers Contract regarding.
Sealed quotations are invited for entering into annual contract for the
provision of indoor green plants and cut flowers in Ministry of Textiles,
Udyog Bhawan. The description of job to be undertaken is as follows:-
i) Providing and maintenance of medium size rich quality indoor
plants like arica, palm, croon aerocaria, money plants, ficus etc.
( Rate to be indicated per plant per month)
ii)
Providing of fresh cut-flowers for small pot-7 stick, medium
pot-12 stick and large pot-25 stick size of flower-vase per day
per vase. Rates should be indicated for Rose, Lily, Orchid,
Carnation and Bird of Paradise separately.
2. The interested parties may send quotations alongwith earnest money
deposit of Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in the form of demand
draft drawn in favour of DDO, M/o Textiles. Quotations should reach
Section Officer Room No.29-B ‘D’ Wing ground floor, Udyog Bhavan, New
Delhi latest by 3.00 PM on 14 th May, 2012. The quotations will be opened
on same date at 3.15 PM. Representative(s) of tenderer who may wish to
attend should make it convenient to attend the same. Quotation without
earnest money of Rs.10000/- will not be entertained.

3. The successful bidder will be required to deposit bank guarantee or
FD receipt for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to the
Ministry before commencement of the contract as performance security
deposit.
4. The earnest money deposit of un-successful bidder will be returned
after finalization of the contract. The earnest money deposit of successful
bidder will be returned after deposit of Performance Security Deposit. The
Performance Security Deposit will be forfeited if term and conditions of
contract are not fulfilled.
5. The tender will be initially awarded for a period of one year which
may be curtailed or extended by the competent authority in Ministry of
Textiles subject to satisfactory services of the firm.
6. This Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in full or
in part without assigning any reason thereof.
