Sir,<br />
M<strong>in</strong>istry of Textiles <strong>in</strong>vites sealed quotations <strong>for</strong> the comprehensive <strong>Annual</strong><br />
ma<strong>in</strong>tenance of <strong>Inverters</strong> of various makes of 1 KVA & 2 KVA <strong><strong>in</strong>stalled</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>this</strong> M<strong>in</strong>istry<br />
<strong>for</strong> the period 01/4/2011-31/3/2012.<br />
2. The <strong>in</strong>terested parties may send quotations <strong>in</strong> the prescribed Profoma alongwith<br />
earnest money deposit of Rs.10000/- (Rs Ten thousand only) <strong>in</strong> the <strong>for</strong>m of demand draft<br />
drawn <strong>in</strong> favour of DDO, M/o Textiles. Quotations should reach Section Officer Room<br />
No.29-B ‘D’ W<strong>in</strong>g ground floor, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi. Latest by 3.00PM of<br />
28.3.2011. The quotations will be opened on same day at 3.15 PM. Interested parties<br />
may make it convenient to attend open<strong>in</strong>g of the bids.<br />
3. This M<strong>in</strong>istry reserves the right to accept or reject any tender <strong>in</strong> full or <strong>in</strong> part<br />
without assign<strong>in</strong>g any reason thereof.<br />
4. The successful bidder will be required to deposit bank guarantee or FD receipt <strong>for</strong><br />
a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the M<strong>in</strong>istry be<strong>for</strong>e<br />
commencement of the contract as per<strong>for</strong>mance security.<br />
