The Orbiter 4.0/5.5 is flexible and reliable even under extreme
conditions. With its telescopic technology small aircraft can
be handled without problems, too. Interesting equipment
details like hydraulically suspended seats adjustable to the
weight of the driver and also adjustable lengthwise and in
height, show our claim for ergonomical vehicles as well as the
clearly arranged operating controls in the driver's field of vision.
The design of our airport vehicles was based on an independent
chassis especially developed for that purpose: Thus we achieve
optimal load balance and outstanding dynamical characteristics,
as well as quick and easy access to all important service
points and components.
Ground Support with worldwide standards
The MULAG conveyor belt cars Orbiter 4.0/5.5 with electrical
drive/diesel drive can be handled extremely well during
maneuvering near the aircraft. Optional extras such as protection
guards, load ramp, closed drivers cab, heating and
preheating systems and much more guarantee an individual
configuration to the customer's needs. The conveyor belt
cars can be delivered with closed sound-isolated cab, cab
without door or with an open driver's platform. With its
telescopic conveyor the Orbiter 4.0/5.5 adapts flexibly and fast
to different working conditions and deck heights.
