Integrated Solution Offerings

Strategic Planning

An organization requires a strategy to work toward its desired state. This strategy is critical to its

success as a business entity, as it provides a roadmap for all employees to strive for.

Deliverable

This involves a facilitation workshop to help the

organization define its direction. Often, it is not

just a translation of a vision to an actionable

strategic plan, but also to obtain alignment

and commitment amongst key decision

makers. The result of this intervention is

a strategic blueprint to guide business

decisions. This is followed by cascading of

the strategic thrusts through workshops.

• Is the desired state clear?

• Are core values developed?

• Is teamwork strong?

• Has a strategic plan been

developed?

Talent Management

In the age of globalization, organizations face the challenge of attracting and retaining talent to fuel

business growth. Organizations need to put in place effective succession planning for key positions.

Deliverable

Through an integrated framework, the

organization will address questions pertaining

to managing talents systematically. This

solution comprises three parts:

The organization will have a thorough yet

implementable framework and process for

managing talent. This may then be followed by

specific interventions for executives identified

as high-potential – involving personal or group

coaching workshops.

Change Management

Today’s world is often described as VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). Every

organization finds itself needing to handle more changes, more regularly. One critical success

factor is the ability to steer the organization through these changes. Thus, managing change in a

strategic manner across the whole organization is paramount to its success.

Deliverable

The starting point is a change strategy

workshop to craft the necessary messages,

mechanisms and measurements. This involves

the key management team creating and aligning

their vision, culture and strategies for the

organization. Thereafter, there will be workshops

to cascade these lessons down to the rest of

the organization. Follow-through will also be

needed in order to enable internalization of the

vision, culture and strategies.
