Removing bearing from Dynamite and Demon front wheel.<br />

It is valid also for DH61SB and DH41SB hubs.<br />

Similar procedure for other hubs.<br />

Step 1<br />

Prepare all necessary tools.<br />

Step 2<br />

<strong>Tool</strong> for removing side cap.<br />

We use alloy 20mm thru axle<br />

as a tool.<br />

Different side cap can require<br />

different tools.<br />

Step 3<br />

Insert alloy tube into side cap.<br />

Step 4<br />

Lever out side cap.

Choose proper size of bearing<br />

remover tool.<br />

In our case Ø 20mm.<br />

Bolt<br />

Extender<br />

Step 6<br />

Screw out bolt of extender<br />

to allow to squeeze extender.<br />

Step 7<br />

Squeeze the extender by fingers.<br />

Step 8<br />

Insert the extender through<br />

the bearing.

Screw in extender bolt in order<br />

to expand the extender.<br />

Step 10<br />

Screw in extractor lever<br />

to extender bolt.<br />

Step 11<br />

Hold wheel still.<br />

Pull up handle.<br />

Step 12<br />

Release bearing from hub body<br />

by extractor.

Screw out extractor lever<br />

from extender bolt.<br />

Step 14<br />

Screw out extender bolt<br />

from the extender.<br />

Step 15<br />

Squeeze the extender by fingers.<br />

Step 16<br />

Remove bearing from extender.
