SnapRax Kits 

This rack was designed to provide safe and secure mounting for all AV equipment while saving the 

installer valuable time at every job site. This versatile rack system offers six different heights and two 

different depth options, along with a wide assortment of accessories that allow you to mount your AV 

components and keep them performing at their best. The open-frame design provides stability and 

makes assembly a snap, and shelves and other components can be added in minutes with the help 

of silk-screened RU markings. SnapRax has a load rating of 600 lbs. and offers cooling and power 

strip options to adapt to the evolving AV environment. 

TitanHT 

The TitanHT’s contemporary design and welded, robust construction provide the ultimate racking 

solution for today’s AV components. The TitanHT is available in both 30RU and 16RU panel heights, 

each with a width of 23” and a depth of 25”. Each rack includes shelves and vented blanking panels, 

and arrives ready to rack and stack your AV equipment. You can also choose from a diverse line of 

accessories, including power strips that can be added to allow you to keep your AV components 

performing at their best. The TitanHT– fast and simple. 

PTN 

The PTN Series is the optimal rack for larger cabling requirements. This fully welded rack incorporates 

wider main channels and an HD caster base as part of the rack’s robust design. Two removable rear 

plates are incorporated into the rack for electrical wiring. The PTN Series has been tested to a static 

load rating of 12,250 lbs., ensuring the security of your AV components. Two pair of fully adjustable 

mounting rails are included and feature marked RU heights for fast and easy equipment installation. 

PTN racks are available in four different heights and two depths, all featuring a black textured powder 

coat finish. They can be used us a standalone rack or ganged together. A full line of accessories 

makes this a flexible racking system. 

BTN 

The BTN Series features open sides for easy access to AV equipment. This fully welded rack 

incorporates an HD caster base for stability and mobility, and two removable rear plates for electrical 

wiring. The BTN Series has been tested to a static load rating of 12,250 lbs., ensuring the security of 

your AV components. Two pair of fully adjustable mounting rails, featuring marked RU heights, make 

equipment installation quick and easy. BTN racks are available in four different heights and depths, 

all featuring a black textured powder coat finish. They can be used as standalone racks or ganged

ETN 

The ETN Series proves a welcome addition to the Installer’s Choice rack line. This fully welded rack

ensures the safety and security of your AV components. The ETN Series includes two pair of fully

ETN 

The Installer’s Choice ETN Rack Series features fully welded construction. The ETN rack is 22” wide and is available in depths of 20” and 

25“, with RU height options of 18RU, 21RU, 27RU, 35RU, 40RU and 44RU. The vented side panels are built into each frame side as standard 

features. The ETN Series racks include 2 pair of fully adjustable mounting rails that feature individually numbered RUs. Two ground studs

A. Design Changes 

Installer’s Choice reserves the right to make product changes as deemed necessary to allow continued progress, improvement, and 

adaptability in an advancing industry. 

B. Proprietary Rights 

This catalog and the information contained within are deemed proprietary to Installer’s Choice and are to be used only for the purpose 

for which they are submitted and shall not be copied in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Installer’s Choice and IMS 

Engineered Products. 

C. Cancellation and Return 

Cancellation and return charges begin at 25% with a minimum of $25.00, depending on the nature of the order and the extent to which it 

has been processed. All returns have a 30-day-upon-receipt-time limit. Returns must be freight prepaid and not made without the prior 

written approval of Installer’s Choice. 

D. Terms 

All quotations, order confirmations, published prices and discounts based on delivery F.O.B. Installer’s Choice, 1 Innovation Drive, Des 

Plaines, IL 60016 Freight Collect. Invoice payment terms– net 30 days. 

E. Limited Warranty 

Racks 

This limited warranty is provided in goodwill and extends only to the original purchaser of the IMS EP Installer’s Choice product; it is nontransferable. 

This warranty is automatically void if your Installer’s Choice product is modified in any way: improperly installed, extended 

beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused. This warranty cannot be transferred over or extended to anyone other 

than the original purchaser. The limited ten-year warranty for all racks and rack-related products is void if the rack is altered or modified in 

any way, shape or form. 

Installer’s Choice disclaims any other warranties, express or implied- including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties 

of merchantability- to the maximum extent permitted by law. Installer’s Choice is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use 

of or inability to use its products, even if Installer’s Choice has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Installer’s Choice disclaims 

any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

F. Power Accessories 

All electrical and motorized components are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 

G. Warranty Repair 

Purchaser shall obtain controlled authorization number before returning to Installer’s Choice any items alleged to be defective. 

H. Inspection 

IMS shall have the right to inspect any and all allegedly defective items on site at purchaser’s convenience. 

I. Disclaimer of Consequential Damage and Limitations of Implied Warranty 

Installer’s Choice disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of parts or equipment wherein Installer’s Choice racks, components 

and accessories are used, transportation of any other incidental or consequential damage; and any implied warranty of merchantability and 

fitness for intended use are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. All product warranties are limited to material and workmanship.
