Textbook/notes:

There are no official texts for this course, but a good reference for

more information is the ATS350 book, Meteorology Today, 9 th

edition, C. Donald Ahrens, West Publishing Co. Also, notes from the

lab will be posted online before class time.

Grading and Exams:

•There are NO tests.

•Grades will be determined by lab assignments.

•A lab assignment will be handed out at the end of each lab lecture.

•Each lab will be due at the beginning of the next lab section.

•Any labs not turned in by the end of the following lab will be

penalized by 25% off the possible grade. Any Lab turned in after

the graded labs have been returned will be penalized by 50% off

the possible grade.

•The lowest lab score will be dropped.
