LON's offers a variety of intimate indoor settings with beehive fireplaces in an<br />

authentic adobe venue. Our charming outdoor patio has vibrant flowers, a 100-<br />

year-old Lysoloma shade tree, a serene fountain <strong>and</strong> a stunning view of<br />

Camelback Mountain. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Inn</strong> offers 35 com<strong>for</strong>table <strong>and</strong> individually decorated<br />

rooms, from our st<strong>and</strong>ard Rancho to our (2) bedroom Villas, let our Sales<br />

Department assist you in planning your guests’ overnight stay.<br />

LON’s will ensure that your wedding day is one filled with special moments. Our<br />

Catering Director, Nicole Plehn, will assist you in helping to select your food <strong>and</strong><br />

beverage <strong>for</strong> your Wedding Day. She also provides you with a preferred vendor<br />

150 guest maximum capacity<br />

Stetson Room $6000<br />

60 guest maximum capacity<br />

Library $3000<br />

<strong>The</strong> Library <strong>and</strong> Boardroom can combine to seat a maximum of 52 guests <strong>and</strong><br />

the food <strong>and</strong> beverage minimum would be $5000 <strong>for</strong> that space.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Stetson, Library, Boardroom <strong>and</strong> Wine Cellar can also be sold as private<br />

space from 11:00am-4:00pm. Please ask the catering office about these specific<br />

food <strong>and</strong> beverage minimums.<br />

Guarantees<br />

Please confirm the number of guests expected by 10 AM, three working days<br />

prior to your event. This number is your minimum guarantee <strong>and</strong> may not be<br />

lowered. If a confirmation number is not received on time, the last given<br />

expected attendance will be used as the guarantee. Charges will be based on<br />

your guarantee or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.<br />

Deposit<br />

In order to secure the space <strong>and</strong> date <strong>for</strong> your wedding, a signed contract <strong>and</strong><br />

deposit are required. <strong>The</strong> deposit will be 25% of the total estimated charges.<br />

<strong>The</strong> estimated remaining balance will be due at least 3 business days prior to<br />

your event<br />

Service Charge <strong>and</strong> Sales Tax<br />

All food <strong>and</strong> beverage items are subject to a taxable 21% service charge <strong>and</strong><br />

7.95% sales tax.<br />

Outside Vendors<br />

We are delighted to provide a list of phone numbers <strong>for</strong> florists, photographers,<br />

musicians <strong>and</strong> officiants that are familiar with the <strong>Hermosa</strong> <strong>Inn</strong>. All food <strong>and</strong><br />

beverage to include alcohol <strong>and</strong> wine must be purchased directly through Lon’s.<br />

Menus<br />

All food served at LON’s must be provided by the restaurant. It is against the<br />

Arizona State Liquor laws to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages. Arizona<br />

state tax <strong>and</strong> a customary 21% taxable service charge will be added to all food<br />

<strong>and</strong> beverage items. Please keep in mind that final menu prices cannot be<br />

guaranteed more than six months prior to your event date.<br />

Wedding Cake<br />

Your wedding cake will be custom made to fit your specifications. A<br />

complimentary cake tasting is provided one month be<strong>for</strong>e your scheduled<br />

wedding date. Wedding cakes are available <strong>for</strong> an additional charge. If you<br />

choose to bring in an outside cake, a $6.00 per person cake cutting fee will be<br />

applied.


Music<br />

Saturday Daytime <strong>Weddings</strong><br />

Amplified live b<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> DJs are welcome inside Lon’s restaurant. Up to a three<br />

piece acoustic b<strong>and</strong> is welcome to per<strong>for</strong>m at your ceremony <strong>and</strong> cocktail hour<br />

on the Front Patio.<br />

Evening <strong>Weddings</strong><br />

Up to a 3 piece acoustic b<strong>and</strong> is welcome to per<strong>for</strong>m at both your outside<br />

ceremony at the Desert Garden <strong>and</strong> inside your reception room. DJs or amplified<br />

music are not welcome after 5:00pm due to Paradise Valley city restrictions.<br />

Accommodations<br />

We are delighted to offer preferred group room rates <strong>for</strong> your guests. Preferred<br />

group rates require a signed contract with the sales department <strong>for</strong> six or more<br />

<strong>Rehearsal</strong> Dinner<br />
