Our charming and historically unique property provides an intimate setting that is

perfect for Weddings, Receptions and Rehearsal Dinners.

LON's offers a variety of intimate indoor settings with beehive fireplaces in an

authentic adobe venue. Our charming outdoor patio has vibrant flowers, a 100-

year-old Lysoloma shade tree, a serene fountain and a stunning view of

Camelback Mountain. The Inn offers 35 comfortable and individually decorated

rooms, from our standard Rancho to our (2) bedroom Villas, let our Sales

Department assist you in planning your guests’ overnight stay.

LON’s will ensure that your wedding day is one filled with special moments. Our

Catering Director, Nicole Plehn, will assist you in helping to select your food and

beverage for your Wedding Day. She also provides you with a preferred vendor

list who are familiar with the quaintness and uniqueness that is LON’s!

Food and Beverage Minimums

Lon’s Restaurant $8000

Time: 11:00am-4:00pm, Saturday only

150 guest maximum capacity

Stetson Room $6000

Time: 6:00pm-11:00pm

60 guest maximum capacity

Library $3000

Time: 6:00pm-11:00pm

32 guest maximum capacity

Boardroom $2000

Time: 6:00pm-11:00pm

20 guest maximum capacity

Wine Cellar $1500

Time: 6:00pm-11:00pm

12 guest maximum capacity

The Library and Boardroom can combine to seat a maximum of 52 guests and

the food and beverage minimum would be $5000 for that space.

The Stetson, Library, Boardroom and Wine Cellar can also be sold as private

space from 11:00am-4:00pm. Please ask the catering office about these specific

food and beverage minimums.

Please note an additional 21% service charge and 7.95% sales tax will be added to all food and

beverage minimums.

Please note an additional 7.95% sales tax will be added to all ceremony fees.


Guarantees

Please confirm the number of guests expected by 10 AM, three working days

prior to your event. This number is your minimum guarantee and may not be

lowered. If a confirmation number is not received on time, the last given

expected attendance will be used as the guarantee. Charges will be based on

your guarantee or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Deposit

In order to secure the space and date for your wedding, a signed contract and

deposit are required. The deposit will be 25% of the total estimated charges.

The estimated remaining balance will be due at least 3 business days prior to

your event

Service Charge and Sales Tax

All food and beverage items are subject to a taxable 21% service charge and

7.95% sales tax.

Outside Vendors

We are delighted to provide a list of phone numbers for florists, photographers,

musicians and officiants that are familiar with the Hermosa Inn. All food and

beverage to include alcohol and wine must be purchased directly through Lon’s.

Menus

All food served at LON’s must be provided by the restaurant. It is against the

Arizona State Liquor laws to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages. Arizona

state tax and a customary 21% taxable service charge will be added to all food

and beverage items. Please keep in mind that final menu prices cannot be

guaranteed more than six months prior to your event date.

Wedding Cake

Your wedding cake will be custom made to fit your specifications. A

complimentary cake tasting is provided one month before your scheduled

wedding date. Wedding cakes are available for an additional charge. If you

choose to bring in an outside cake, a $6.00 per person cake cutting fee will be

applied.


Music

Saturday Daytime Weddings

Amplified live bands and DJs are welcome inside Lon’s restaurant. Up to a three

piece acoustic band is welcome to perform at your ceremony and cocktail hour

on the Front Patio.

Evening Weddings

Up to a 3 piece acoustic band is welcome to perform at both your outside

ceremony at the Desert Garden and inside your reception room. DJs or amplified

music are not welcome after 5:00pm due to Paradise Valley city restrictions.

Accommodations

We are delighted to offer preferred group room rates for your guests. Preferred

group rates require a signed contract with the sales department for six or more

Rehearsal Dinner

Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn is also the perfect location to host your rehearsal
