The Aquamantys ® System

for Hip and Knee Arthroplasty

The Aquamantys System uses patented Transcollation® technology – a combination of radiofrequency (RF)

energy and saline – to provide hemostatic sealing of soft tissue and bone during surgery. When used during knee

and hip arthroplasty, the Aquamantys System provides benefits for surgeons and their patients by minimizing

intra-operative blood loss, resulting in reduced transfusion rates. 1-3

Transcollation® Technology

Transcollation technology combines radiofrequency (RF)

energy and saline for hemostatic sealing of soft tissue

and bone at the surgical site. Vessels up to 1 mm may

be occluded, reducing bleeding.

Aquamantys® System

The Aquamantys System delivers Transcollation

technology through a proprietary RF generator and a

single-use disposable bipolar sealer.
