32 Women’s Philanthropic Circle The women’s Philanthropic Circle (WPC) enables its members, who contribute $1,000 annually, to pool resources for the purpose of funding clinical programs or projects at John Muir Health. Dathe In December of 2010, the WPC funded a Biodex balance unit for the Rehabilitation Center at Rossmoor which provides a computerized system to assess and train patients in the recovery of their balance skills. The WPC also funded tracking screens for the Emergency Departments at John Muir Medical Center in Concord and Walnut Creek.
