($15,000/day or $40,000 for all 3 days)
Help attendees stay connected! Sponsor the daily wifi
access throughout the exposition halls. Your company
logo will pop up each time a user logs on to the
internet.
TOTE BAGS
($25,000; 1 sponsorship available)
Put your logo on the bag that every attendee will use
to hold exhibition and conference materials.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS –

FOOD COURT
($20,000; two sponsorships available)
Create a lasting impression with exclusive sponsorship
of a food court for all three Exhibition days; includes
logo/ad on event signage (evening hospitality bar
sponsorships are also available).
EXHIBITION HOSPITALITY BARS
($2,500-$3,000, 9/29 and 9/30,
one sponsorship available each day)
Your company can gain exposure by sponsoring a bar
during the Monday and Tuesday hospitality sessions.

These 3’ wide x 7’ high, standing, single or double-sided
sign boards are a perfect way to showcase your company

Help attendees find their way! Sponsor the “You are Here”
sign boards and display your company logo alongside
each of the exposition floor plans.
AISLE BANNERS
($1,200 each; 35 opportunities available)
Increase awareness of your company by exclusively
displaying your company logo on all aisle signs throughout
the show floor. Attendees will see your logo each time
they look for an aisle number throughout the exhibit hall.
Banners feature a two-sided 5’x 4’ logo/ad at bottom of
aisle banners.

($12,000-$30,000 each, sizes vary;
10 opportunities available)
These banners will really elevate your brand in the
exhibition hall! Five large and five premium banners are
available at specific locations – contact us for details.
EXHIBITION HALL COLUMN WRAPS
($9,000 each; six opportunities available)
These four-sided, approximately 7’ x 12’ on each side
column wraps in Exhibition Halls H-J area really help your
organization’s message stand out.
WALL BANNERS
($2,500-$15,000 each, sizes vary;
25 opportunities available)
Display your company logo on one or all of the highly
effective, highly visible banners. Impact attendees
when they arrive, register, walk to their sessions and

LOBBY COLUMN BANNERS
($4,200 each; six opportunities available)
Make a splash with four-sided lobby column banners,
approximately 4’ x 9’ on each side.
LOBBY STAIRS AND ESCALATOR DECALS
($1,000-$3,500 each, two stair locations and four
escalator locations available)

covering the stairways and escalator runners in prime
