BRASSERIE RESTAURANT

Contemporary Mediterranean style Brasserie with

The Xi Bar is open daily serving a wide range of

drinks and snacks. With music and spectacular

1. Call our Christmas co-ordinators to check availability.

2. Complete the booking form enclosed.

3. Return your booking form to the Tower FAO The Christmas Office, enclosing payment

as applicable.

4. You will receive written confirmation from our office to confirm your booking.

5. Please note reservations cannot be made without checking availability and returning

the form.

DEPOSITS / PRE-PAYMENT

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required. Full prepayment

is required no later than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings made less than

28 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment upon confirmation. Bookings can only

be held without a deposit for 7 days, after this your booking will automatically be released

without prior notification if we have not received written confirmation with the deposit.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash, cheque or credit card payments are accepted. Please make cheques payable to

Guoman Hotels and allow 10 days for your cheque to clear.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Upon receipt of your completed booking form and deposit or prepayment, a confirmation of

the booking will be sent to you together with a receipt. Please ensure you bring this receipt

with you on the day.

PRICES AT THE TIME OF PRINT

Subject to change in line with duty and VAT changes.

CANCELLATION

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used as a credit against your

event if there is a reduction in numbers.

Cancellation of a booking will only be accepted if received in writing giving no less than

28 days notice. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your written

cancellation an acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent to you and you will be

refunded any pre-payment, less your deposit. In the event of the hotel cancelling a date,

either an alternative date or venue, or full refund will be offered. Bookings of more than 10

people may be subject to additional cancellation terms, and you will be advised of this at

the time of booking.

NUMBER CHANGES

Reductions or increases in the number of guests in your party will only be accepted

if received in writing giving no less than 28 days notice. Upon receipt of your written

instruction, an acknowledgement of the change will be sent to you. Please note that an

increase in the number of guests is subject to availability and cannot be made without

checking availability first. Verbal number changes will not be accepted. In the event of a

reduction in your numbers, the hotel reserves the right to charge for any loss of incremental

revenue which may include an estimated beverage spend.

WINDOW SEATS

No reservations will be taken for window seats as these are allocated according to numbers

and timings.

RESERVATIONS

The Hotel reserves the right to move your reservation to a different venue.

Please note that The Carvery is due for a refurbishment and will be renamed prior to the

end of 2011.
