Farewell!<br />
At the end of the term we say farewell to a number of staff who are<br />
leaving LCS, some of them after many years of service:<br />
Mrs Beighton, Head of Media Studies, is retiring after<br />
38 years at LCS<br />
Mr Jennison, is retiring after 34 years at<br />
LCS, 20 of these as a Head of Year<br />
Mrs Wilkinson, Head of Reprographics, is retiring after 23 years<br />
at LCS<br />
Mrs Oversby is retiring after 17 years teaching Art at LCS<br />
Mrs Atherton is retiring after 7 years teaching Food Technology at<br />
LCS<br />
Mrs Tait is retiring after 10 years teaching Technology at LCS<br />
Mrs Clarke is retiring after 4 years as Millennium Centre secretary<br />
We thank all these staff for their work and their commitment to us<br />
over the years and wish them a long, healthy and happy retirement<br />
Mr Dowson is leaving us to take up a post as Head of Maths in another<br />
school<br />
Mr Jangra is leaving to teach Chemistry in another school<br />
Miss Fyffe is leaving us to take a break from teaching, to travel<br />
the world<br />
We thank all these staff for their contribution to LCS and wish them<br />
every success in their future careers<br />
We will introduce the new staff to you in September<br />
