Energy efficient
climate control
The mini data centres incorporate
efficient climate control solutions
in a variety of types and
performance classes. All solutions
are characterised by their
targeted horizontal air routing.
The cold air is delivered directly
in front of the IT components,
and the warm air extracted at
the rear. The choice of water- and refrigerant-based systems permits
precise matching to individual requirements. The refrigerant-based
solutions are available in versions with either compact or outdoor
units.
The internal circulation unit is located on the inside wall of the modular
safe. In the compact version, the external unit is mounted on the
safe door. The two circuits are then connected by way of flexible
cooling hoses, which are routed through a penetration seal in the
door. For the outdoor solution, the external unit is a weatherproof
design and can thus be placed outside the building.
As an option, the outdoor climate control can be supplied with inverter
technology, permitting demand-oriented regulation of the cooling
and savings of up to 40% of the energy input compared to conventional
solutions.

The Modular Safe Light promises

It is available in both 47 U and
33 U versions, each with a wide
range of configuration options.
Thanks to its reduced weight,
the Modular Safe Light is also
suitable for locations with a limited
floor load-bearing capacity.
