The quality policy of InfoMed has been prepared and endorsed by the executive management to ensure that our clients receive<br />
the support that will enhance their quality of life.<br />
InfoMed quality policy is defined and controlled by the following principles:<br />
- Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our clients.<br />
- Scientific knowledge of health care management<br />
- Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the probability for errors and taking the necessary measures to avoid them.<br />
- We are looking to attain high client satisfaction by continuously communicating with them and enriching our services to meet<br />
their expectations.<br />
- InfoMed management will constantly review and improve our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most efficient and<br />
timely manner for the benefit of all our clients.<br />
- To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying client requirements, and ensuring<br />
that the correct procedures are followed to meet and exceed their needs.<br />
- We shall ensure that our team understand and fully implement our policies and are able to perform efficiently through ongoing<br />
training and development programs
