Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing. For a full refund of
registration fees, requests must be received on or before April 16,
2012. A $50 service fee will be deducted from each registration
fee for refund requests received from April 17 through April 25,
2012. If a refund request is received from April 26 through May 9,
2012, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. Requests
for refunds after May 9, 2012, will not be honored. Refunds will
not be issued for ticketed events after May 7, 2012. Refunds will
not be processed before June 18, 2012.
