The Flipper Deadlift<br />

The Lifter grasps the lower handles using an overhanded (pronated) grip with Arms fully extended. The Lifter drives the<br />

FLIPPER up using the triple extension of the Hips, Knees and Ankles until the Lifters body is fully extended with the<br />

FLIPPER at the lower Waist.<br />

There is an option to increase weight by adding Olympic discs to the Weight Horns in the centre of the device.<br />
