Special conditions for services provided by Stadtwerke Augsburg (compressed air supply)
1. Compressed air supply in floor duct in the EUR/Each
stand space, with ball valve, as close as
possible to the connection point.

1. The connection and installation costs are invoiced to exhibitors by a
representative of the service partner and are to be paid immediately on
the stand.
The invoice is to be checked without delay. If possible, complaints about the
scope of deliveries and services charged are to be lodged with the service
partner before dismantling the stand to ensure that a proper check can be
made.
2. The order and the stand installation plan are to be submitted to the organizer
by not later than the specified date. The service partner is entitled to
claim a surcharge on the prices stated of 25% on fixed price services and
50% for work at hourly rates for services that are not known on the specified
assembly date or cannot be started at this time due to incomplete or
unclear order information.
In the event of cancellation of the order by the exhibitor, the service partner
must be notified in writing at least 14 days before the start of the event,
otherwise the exhibitor will be charged for the full costs occurred.
3. Supply pipes and compressed air valves provided by the service partner on
a hire basis remain the property of the service partner.
The exhibitor has to ensure that the material used is available in a complete
and undamaged condition at the end of the event ready for dismantling
and/or collection by the service partner. Any missing parts will be charged
to the exhibitor at current prices.

All further work will be charged according to time and material
expended. The hourly rate of € 39.50 includes all surcharges such
as overtime hours, Sundays and public holidays.
4. Connections from the existing main pipe to the stand are only to be made by
the service partner. Installation work beyond the connection point in the
stand will be charged according to time and material expended. Only the
service partner is allowed to open the supply ducts. These ducts must be
accessible at all times in case of a fault.
5. Exhibitors are not permitted to connect their own pipes and equipment to
existing pipes on another stands. The service partner is entitled to disconnect
the supply immediately in the event of such action.
6. Duty fitters are available for clearing faults during the event.
