The refund will be deemed to constitute full and final

the official star grading appointed to each hotel,

as in Europe hotels are allocated their star grading

by the Regional Tourist Authority, based on certain

and price will give a good indication of the standard

and range of facilities you can expect. Air-conditioning is

often controlled by each hotel and restricted according

to weather conditions or available mid-June to mid-

September only.

TOuR OPERATOR Responsibility: The Tour

behalf. Law, tariffs or conditions on tickets may also limit

suppliers’ liability and in particular, you should read and

understand the limitations of liability set forth in the airline

ticket or cruise documentation. A travel agent who sells or

offers to sell travel services to a customer shall promptly

provide the customer(s) a copy of the CIT travel brochure.

The agent shall inform the passenger of the need to read

the terms and conditions of this brochure. We strongly

recommend that you consider the various types of

insurance products offered by CIT.
