Van Data Control Screens The following information is displayed for trailers listed on the AE screen: Data Field Explanation FACIL RMIS code for the trailer’s location. OWN RR Two-character code of the railroad, intermodal, or steamship company that furnished the trailer. DATE RECEIVED Date the trailer was made available to the Postal Service. VAN NUMBER Trailer number. HOW REC How the trailer was received: EM-empty, LD-loaded, and RT-steamship van at final destination. SS DST RMIS code of the facility where van will be terminated.
