After providing payment you have 48 hours to cancel (by letter, fax or email) <strong>and</strong> receive a full refund providing there are at least 4 working<br />
days to the meeting. Refunds on cancellations after 48 hours will be given only to fees over £10 <strong>and</strong> will incur a 15% administration charge. No<br />
refunds can be given on cancellations made less than 4 working days of the meeting. Places are guaranteed only upon written confirmation.<br />
Acceptance on to the meeting is at the discretion of the organiser. If pre-payment has not been made by the date of the event, the organiser<br />
reserves the right to refuse admission. If you requested to be invoiced for the event, you will be asked to provide credit card details on the day<br />
if payment has not been received. Your card will be charged if payment is not received within 5 working days. Concession rates such as student<br />
rates or bursary rates are only available to full time students <strong>and</strong> a proof of eligibility might be asked at any time. Failure to provide it will result in<br />
the delegate being charged the most expensive rate for that event. Delegate substitutions are possible up to 4 days prior to the event <strong>and</strong> free<br />
of charge, however when the substitution entails changing to a different event, a 15% admin charge will incur <strong>and</strong> if the event fee is different<br />
the delegate will incur the extra charge. Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone. If catering is being provided, any special dietary<br />
requirements are required at least four working days before the event. If you request different catering on the day you will be charged £10 plus<br />
the cost of the meal <strong>and</strong> your meal could be delayed. The RSM accepts no legal responsibility for the facts stated or opinions expressed during<br />
its events <strong>and</strong> that it is the responsibility of any person to satisfy him/herself as to which part(s) of those facts/opinions should be relied on in<br />
any way whatsoever. In the event the RSM cancels the meeting, our liability will be limited to registration fees already paid to the Society for the<br />

Aims <strong>and</strong> objectives<br />
To provide a supportive <strong>and</strong> interactive educational forum with expert speakers, opportunities for group<br />
discussion <strong>and</strong> to give trainees a forum to present.<br />
By the end of the two day meeting, delegates will have received expert lectures on head <strong>and</strong> neck radiology<br />
including lectures by international speakers. The programme is organised into 7 subspecialty areas of head <strong>and</strong><br />
neck radiology. In 2015, these comprise sessions on sino-nasal, face <strong>and</strong> neck spaces, parathyroid, lymphoma<br />
<strong>and</strong> lymph nodes, skull base <strong>and</strong> cranial nerves, head <strong>and</strong> neck cancer <strong>and</strong> upper aero-digestive tract <strong>imaging</strong>.<br />
The aim is to provide a comprehensive coverage of head <strong>and</strong> neck <strong>imaging</strong> topics over a three year period. The<br />
Dr Peter Phelps Commemorative Lecture is delivered this year by Professor Ann King from Hong Kong. There<br />
will be two dedicated sessions for trainee presentations with prizes for the best presentations.<br />
