Tina joined us in 2008, she is a<br />
qualified recruiter through the<br />
Institute of Recruitment<br />
Professionals at Diploma level.<br />
With over 10 years’ experience within recruitment, Tina<br />
now runs her own Industrial recruitment business within<br />
Castle, managing her team to fulfill often short-notice,<br />
large- volume temporary requirements. These are mainly<br />
within Industrial, Manufacturing, Welding, Construction,<br />
Driving and Catering & Hospitality roles.<br />
Promoted in 2015 to Principal Consultant, Tina earned her<br />
success by driving forward this part of our business, she<br />
has developed ongoing relationships with her clients who<br />
now rest safe in the knowledge that we will deliver exactly<br />
what they need, when they need it.

management background.<br />
Dan has joined Castle from a<br />
Business Administration &<br />
Customer Service background<br />
She has a wealth of experience managing key accounts for<br />
clients and delivering an unwavering high quality service<br />
under demanding time pressures and deadlines.<br />
She uses these skills daily in her role as Consultant in the<br />
Industrial team; keeping in regular contact with the large<br />
numbers of temporary workers required to operate this<br />
division.<br />
Sam assists with the operations of this extremely busy temporary<br />
Industrial-based recruitment desk; where requirements<br />
often come in at very short notice.<br />
Sam is always ensuring the efficient coordination of their<br />
processes to provide a professional service to both clients<br />
and candidates.<br />
Dan began his apprenticeship at Castle in the Admin Team,<br />
learning all aspects of the fast moving recruitment business<br />
operations including candidate sourcing, social<br />
media, marketing and promotion.<br />
He is now working for Tina's Industrial division, working<br />
alongside Sam, sourcing and keeping in touch with candidates<br />
to enable them to deliver on those demanding shortnotice,<br />
large-volume temporary contracts that require<br />
great organisational skills.<br />
Dan has developed his experience and knowledge of<br />
working with local candidates and will now be specialising<br />
with the Industrial team on FLT and Class 1 & 2 Drivers.
