More than 4,000 random and unannounced audits are
conducted by two independent, third-party auditing
companies. Over 100 Health & Safety objectives and
systems are validated for efficiency, effectiveness and
reliability. This paperless process requires timely submission
of an on-line corrective action plan for any deficiencies.

Throughout the country we have safety professionals
with extensive knowledge in workplace safety, OSHA,
EPA, DOT, construction safety, regulatory policies, fire
protection systems, laboratory, energy, insurance loss
control, and ergonomics. Our team:
• Consults with all level of management in matters of
workplace health & safety,
• Conducts management reviews of safety systems
and strategizes to direct actions to continuously
improve safety performance, safety systems, and

• Identifies health and safety hazards related
to Sodexo capabilities and carries out Risk
Assessments,
• Assists in the design of the workplace to eliminate

confined spaces and manual material handling,
• Analyzes injury and illness metrics and monitors
trend data,
• Reviews and assists in root cause accident
investigations and corrective action implementation,
• Offers industrial hygiene and customized services
including ergonomic assessments to identify
employee exposures that should be addressed to
reduce or eliminate risk factors,
• Evaluates fleet operations for exposure and
implements best practices,
• Conducts machine safeguarding assessments to
identify machine hazards and develop appropriate
safeguarding approaches,
• Supports the Right Start process for new accounts,
and
• Provides technical support and guides you to the
correct safety products including personal protective
equipment.
