The Santísima Trinidad was for a time the
most heavily armed ship of the Age of Sail,
with its armament of 140 guns distributed
over four decks.
This large, full-hull model is suitable for
novices or more experienced builders.
The hull uses plank-on-frame
construction with pre-cut pieces for easy
assembly, and various types of wood
for a more natural coloured finish. The
model is also fully rigged, including a full
set of cloth sails and flags.
The guns are modelled in metal and
there are many other small details in
brass and die-cast white metal.

In addition to the full-hull model, you will build a fascinating
cross-section of the area around the mainmast of the ship, at
the same scale as the full model.
This cross-section shows the inner workings of the ship and
vividly illustrates life below decks, with guns and cargo visible
on each level.
