Make sure to wear TaeKwonDo <strong>Summer</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> T-shirt for each field trip. * Field Trips are subject to change due to weather<br />
Monday<br />
7:30 am Drop-off children at your convenience (no later than 9:55 am)<br />
Change into TaeKwonDo uniform, games, physical activity, quiet activity, or movie<br />
10:00 am <strong>Camp</strong> begins; Line-up; Divide into teams<br />
Learn schedule, rules and regulations; Teamwork practice<br />
11:00 am Personal Conduct Program (Starting Something New)<br />
12:00 pm Confidence building drill (“Who Am I” and “I will become the best I can be”)<br />
12:30 pm Lunch and rest; Supervised free time<br />
2:00 pm Warm-up & flexibility exercises; Learn TaeKwonDo customs & basic techniques training<br />
3:30 pm Fun and games<br />
4:30 pm Clean-up and announcements<br />
5:00 pm TaeKwonDo camp ends; Quiet activities or movie until parents pick-up (no later than 6:30pm)<br />
Tuesday<br />

3:00 pm Character Education Discussion<br />
3:30 pm Movie-style sparring<br />
4:30 pm Clean-up and announcements<br />
5:00 pm TaeKwonDo camp ends; Quiet activities or movie until parents pick-up (no later than 6:30pm)<br />
Wednesday<br />

10:00 am <strong>Camp</strong> begins; Line-up and teamwork practice; Fun & games; Speed drills<br />
10:30 am TaeKwonDo lesson (Divide by levels) and Olympic-style sparing strategy and footwork<br />
11:30 pm Fun and games (Quiet activity)<br />
11:30 am Lunch and Rest; supervised free time (today, lunch will be provided by Grandmaster Lee)<br />
12:30 pm Field Trip to Check E Cheese* (Lunch will be provided by Grandmaster H.K. Lee)<br />
4:30 pm Return to the dojang; Clean-up and announcements<br />

Lunch at Great Country Farms (Pack your lunch with more than enough to share with instructors and others)<br />
4:30 pm Return to the dojang; Clean-up and announcements<br />
5:00 pm TaeKwonDo camp ends; Quiet activities or movie until parents pick-up (no later than 6:30pm)<br />
Friday<br />

10:00 am <strong>Camp</strong> Begins; Line-up and teamwork practice; TaeKwonDo lesson, demonstration skills (Ho Sin Sool,<br />
rolling and falling, joint locking techniques, etc.) and board-breaking practice<br />

12:30 pm Lunch and rest; Supervised free time<br />
2:00 pm Field trip to the Pool - TaeKwonDo Water Training and Swimming*<br />
4:30 pm Return to the dojang; Clean-up and announcements<br />

*** An End of <strong>Summer</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> Outdoor Picnic, Graduation & Award Ceremony will be held at 11:30am to 4:30pm,<br />
Friday, 8/30/2013. Our Master Instructors and the Children’s Demo Team will give an exciting demonstration.<br />
