Award-winning Alpha Sigs
Brother Zach Paull, Ohio Wesleyan ’12, was
credited with the Patricia G. Young Award on
Saturday, April 18. The Patricia G. Young Award
recognizes a student at Ohio Wesleyan
University who demonstrates exemplary
leadership to youth and children. Brother Paull
was presented this award during Ohio
Wesleyan’s ‘The Golden Bishop Awards’
ceremony.

as a New Jersey Institute of Technology’s
Newark College of Engineering Outstanding
Senior. This honor is given to a select few
students who excelled in the field of
engineering during their time as

Every spring over the past twenty years, the
brothers of Delta Phi (Grand Valley) embark on a
1,300-mile cycling trek around Lake
Michigan. Prior to and during the haul, the men
raise funds to benefit Canine Companions, a
non-profit organization that enhances the lives
of people with disabilities by providing highly
trained assistance dogs. This year’s bike trip
represented the most Delta Phi has ever raised
for their close charity partner. This year’s grand
total eclipsed $33,000.

The petition of twelve members of the Ohio Wesleyan Union was
approved and Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi was
re-chartered on May 24, 1913, ending 49 years in eclipse.
