[15] Expenses associated with transfer of losses
On the basis of a profit/loss transfer agreement,
the losses of Stadtwerke Leipzig Netz GmbH
(€10,849k) were transferred to Stadtwerke Leipzig
GmbH with effect on expenses.
[16] Extraordinary profit or loss
The Extraordinary profit or loss is made up of
extraordinary income (€601k) and extraordinary
expenditure (€7k). The income and expenditure
stem from the merger of AVV and KVV with
Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH.
5 Other information
5.1 Special-purpose reserve pursuant to section 10 subsection 2
of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG)
In the course of the financial year, major business
transactions were conducted with the following
affiliated undertakings:
Stadtwerke Leipzig Netz GmbH:
– Income amounting to €132.3 million from the
leasing of the electricity network, the maintenance
of the electricity and gas networks, fees
for fed-in cogenerated electricity, avoided use
of system charges and other services
– Expenses amounting to €138.3 million from
use of system charges, expenditure on cogenerated
electricity and other services
LAS GmbH:
– Expenses amounting to €12.3 million for
invoicing services
perdata – Gesellschaft für Informationsverarbeitung
mbH:
– Expenses amounting to €8.7 million for IT
services
FWNL:
– Income from service charges and rental income
totalling €15.4 million
– Expenses amounting to €26.8 million for
purchased services, essentially for capital costs
and provision of staff
EuKG:
– Income amounting to €54.8 million from
on charged purchased supplies and service
charges
– Expenses amounting to €68.5 million relating
to energy supply contracts
GNL:
– Income amounting to €3.3 million from interest
income for loans to financial assets and
income from franchise fees
