CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY<br />
Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior<br />
<strong>to</strong> delivery. Cancellations must be received via<br />
e-mail or in writing no later than 48 hours prior <strong>to</strong><br />
delivery. All orders cancelled within 48 hours will<br />
result in a 100% charge <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> client. Cancelled<br />
orders that are still chargeable under our policy will<br />
be delivered unless o<strong>the</strong>rwise requested.<br />
SETUP<br />
We will provide disposable dishes, cutlery, plates<br />
& napkins if required. If requested, we can provide<br />
chafing dishes, ceramic platters, linens, silverware,<br />
china, and glassware for an additional fee.<br />
Delivery does not include setup, serving, or<br />
cleanup. If you required assistance in this regard,<br />
please discuss pricing and details with our Events<br />
Coordina<strong>to</strong>r.<br />
FOOD SAFE POLICIES<br />
All food is prepared in a commercial kitchen<br />
according <strong>to</strong> Alberta Food Safe Practices, and<br />
must be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours<br />
<strong>of</strong> delivery. If lef<strong>to</strong>ver food is taken by you or <strong>your</strong><br />
guests, it <strong>the</strong>n becomes <strong>your</strong> responsibility for<br />
proper refrigeration and handling. The Clubhouse<br />
waives any liability <strong>of</strong> any lef<strong>to</strong>ver food taken by you<br />
or <strong>your</strong> guests.<br />
ORDERING<br />
We appreciate <strong>your</strong> order as far in advance as<br />
possible. We prefer 72 hours’ notice when placing<br />
orders for delivery, but will always do our best<br />
<strong>to</strong> accommodate <strong>your</strong> request. A minimum <strong>of</strong> 8<br />
servings is required for each item ordered, with<br />
a deposit <strong>of</strong> 25% is required at <strong>the</strong> time <strong>of</strong> order<br />
confirmation.<br />
A $10 delivery charge will be applied <strong>to</strong> each order.<br />
Our delivery area includes <strong>the</strong> City <strong>of</strong> Medicine<br />
Hat, as well as Redcliff and Dunmore. To arrange<br />

PAYMENT<br />
An invoice will be left with <strong>your</strong> delivery, and can<br />
be paid at that time or within 7 business days. We<br />
accept cash or cheque at <strong>the</strong> time <strong>of</strong> delivery, but<br />
can take Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Amex at <strong>the</strong><br />
Paradise Valley Golf Course Clubhouse.<br />
