GMs looking for a more intim<strong>at</strong>e experience with table service. Most<br />

of the time, these restaurants propose a menu based on the discovery<br />

of local gastronomy, and are available in the evening on reserv<strong>at</strong>ion.<br />

In certain restaurants, it is possible to offer yourself a special tre<strong>at</strong>,<br />

with a menu <strong>at</strong> extra charge, perhaps with a bottle of wine.<br />
