LOW IMPACT<br />
A dynamic fitness class that emphasizes<br />
proper form, safety and cardiovascular<br />
conditioning as well as options for intensity<br />
and complexity.<br />
LOW & CORE; LOW FUSION;<br />
LOW & SCULPT; LOW &<br />
STRETCH<br />
Variations on the basic low impact format,<br />
with the addition of core strengthening<br />
exercises, mind/body, pilates inspired<br />
movements and more.<br />

20 minutes each of cardio, strength and abs.<br />
INTERVAL<br />
Alternating segments of cardio, strength and<br />
balance using a variety of equipment. A total<br />
body workout that is never boring!<br />
STRENGTH MIX<br />
Strengthen and define your muscles, plus gain<br />
core stability and balance. Barbells, fit ball,<br />
tubing and hand weights are used. No cardio.<br />
SKIP CIRCUIT<br />
A circuit training class that alternates short<br />
intervals of skipping with strength/power<br />
stations, for a total body workout. Dynamic<br />
and fun! All levels.<br />
STEP<br />
A fun, multi-level class with simple<br />
combinations on the Step, followed by<br />
strength & stretching.<br />
STEP INTERVAL<br />
Mix it up for an exhilarating workout! The<br />
formula: 3 1/2 minutes of cardio on the Step,<br />
2 1/2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of<br />
skipping; Repeat!<br />
BOOT CAMP<br />
Are you ready for an intense fast-paced,<br />
military-style, interval-training class? Exercises<br />
include jumping jacks, pushups, boxing, abs,<br />
running, and a variety of crazy hard core drills.<br />
GINETTE’S VARIETY<br />
Ginette Deslauriers, one of the most creative<br />
and popular instructors in Canada, presents<br />
a weekly Variety class, including Kardio<br />
Knockout, Top Gun & Rock Bottom, Roller<br />
Coaster, Boot Camp, Swing, Urban Tai Chi<br />
and more! Join Ginette for something new and<br />
exciting every week.<br />
TOTAL BODY BALL<br />
Ginette uses the Ball in ways you have never<br />
dreamed in a class that will leave you feeling<br />
strong, tall and fit.<br />
CARDIO KICK BOX<br />
Jabs, hooks, uppercuts, bob and weaves,<br />
kicks, knee smashes: it’s all part of this dynamic<br />
hour long class. A workout with technique,<br />
power, sweat, intensity & fun!<br />
CARDIO FUSION<br />
Cardio, strength, flexibility and balance in<br />
one class! Large range-of-motion movements<br />
work your heart; yoga & pilates moves build<br />
strength, length, balance and mind-body<br />
harmony.<br />
BURN & TONE<br />
Movements such as pushing, twisting,<br />
squatting and lunging are integrated to<br />
improve balance, endurance and strength<br />
using the Bosu, weight balls, gliders and body<br />
bars.<br />
STEP BOOT CAMP<br />
Join Charles for an action-packed class<br />
including sequences on the Step followed by<br />
drills and interval-training.<br />
