sectors in <strong>food</strong>service with a 2.5% year on year increase. There are a staggering 1.1 billion<br />

should not be huge and the price should be fair.<br />
• Target local businesses with flyers to encourage<br />
employees to come and buy their lunch, customers<br />
may welcome the chance to eat out without<br />
returning to work smelling of smoke.<br />
• Look to change your menu on a regular basis, or<br />
even just vary your current menu by adding new<br />
accompaniments.<br />
