Informationen zu den Druckverfahren 

Digitaldruck - Papier/Kartonagen, Dosen, Klebe-Etiketten 

Bereits ab Kleinstmengen sind 4-c-Gestaltungen zu attraktiven Preisen 

möglich. Passerdifferenzen gibt es keine. Die Farben setzen 

sich aus der 4-c-Euroskala zusammen. Sonderfarben nach HKS, 

RAL oder Pantone können nur annähernd erzielt werden. Bei 

silbernen Dosen sind die Farben lasierend und erzielen oftmals 

nicht den gewünschten Farbton, können aber auch durch das 

Durchscheinen einen sehr edlen Effekt erzeugen*. Bei flächigen 

Motiven kann eine leichte Streifenbildung sichtbar sein, bei randabfallenden 

Drucken kann ein Farbnebel an den Seitenkanten und 

auf ggf. vorhandenen Dosen-Scharnieren sichtbar sein. Leichte 

Kratzer und Unebenheiten können materialbedingt auftreten. 

* Eine Weißunterlegung bzw. Druck mit weiß ist bei Dosen im 

Digitaldruck nicht möglich. 

Offsetdruck - Papier, Kartonagen 

Preisattraktiv bei höheren Auflagen. Druck von Sonderfarben nach 

HKS und Pantone sind möglich. 

Tampondruck - Dosen, Töpfchen, Glas 

Passerdifferenzen sind drucktechnisch bedingt möglich. Bei Vollflächendruck 

oder Druckfarbe weiß wird evtl. Doppeldruck einzelner 

Farben notwendig (zählt als weitere Druckfarbe)**. Leichte Kratzer 

und Unebenheiten können materialbedingt auftreten. 

** Bei Dosen ist eine Weißunterlegung bzw. Druck in weiß möglich. 

Es zählt jedoch als weitere Druckfarbe. 

Lasergravur - Dosen matt-silber, Holz, lackierte Töpfchen 

Hochwertige Individualisierung bereits ab kleinsten Mengen. 

Beim Laservorgang wird bei den matt-silbernen Dosen Lack abgetragen 

und der blanke Untergrund wird sichtbar. Bei flächig 

ausgelaserten Motiven wird der Verzug des Dosenmaterials sichtbar. 

Leichte Kratzer und Unebenheiten können materialbedingt 

auftreten. 

Farben 

Farbabweichungen sind material- und produktspezifisch möglich. 

Bei Dosen, Glas, etc. arbeiten wir mit lasierenden Farben. Lasierende 

Farben sind nicht deckend und erzielen auf nicht weißem 

Untergrund oftmals nicht die gewünschte Farbe.

Richtige Datenerstellung 

• Bitte stellen Sie uns die Druckdaten 1:1 zur Verfügung, ansonsten

• Schicken Sie uns nur „offene“ Daten. PDF-Dateien werden von 

uns nicht weiterverarbeitet. Eventuelle Mängel würden erst am 

gedruckten Produkt sichtbar werden, wodurch es zu Zusatzkosten 

und längeren Lieferzeiten kommen kann. 

• Strichmotive sollten eine optimale Auflösung von 1.200 dpi haben 

oder vektorisiert sein. Halbtonbilder sollten eine Auflösung 

von 300 dpi haben. 

• Dateien, die per e-mail verschickt werden, bitte unbedingt mit 

den entsprechenden Programmendungen versehen. (.qxd für 

QuarkXPress, .fh für FreeHand, .cdr für CorelDraw). 

• Enthält Ihr Dokument importierte/eingebettete Dateien (z.B. tif-, 

eps-, bmp- oder jpeg-Dateien), speichern Sie diese bitte separat 

ab und stellen Sie uns zur Verfügung. 

• Aus technischen Gründen nur Pantone-Schmuckfarben oder 

CMYK verwenden (unabhängig von Ihren Druckfarben). 

Hinweis: Rastermotive nur nach Motivprüfung. Bei mehrfarbigen 

Rastermotiven benötigen wir zwingend einen Proof der gestellten 

Daten. 

Schriften 

Schriften bitte in Kurven/Pfade umwandeln (bei PC grundsätzlich). 

Falls sie Schriften mitliefern (ausschließlich MAC-Schriften), 

bitte den kompletten Schriftenordner packen (zip/sit). Das Laden 

betriebsfremder Schriften ist nicht möglich! 

Datenversand auf Datenträgern 

• Beschriften Sie Ihren Datenträger (MAC-formatierte CDs) äußerlich 

gut sichtbar mit Ihrem Absender, Datei-, Logo- und Produktnamen 

und legen bitte zusätzlich einen Ausdruck der Dateien bei. 

• Der Ausdruck sollte mit den Dateinamen und den Angaben der 

gewünschten Druckfarbe(n) z.B. HKS, Pantone gekennzeichnet sein. 

• Bei Motiven nach 4-c-Euroskala wird eine verbindliche Farbvorlage 

benötigt.

Allgemeine Produkt- und Abwicklungshinweise 

Musterversand: Dieser erfolgt gegen Rechnung, zuzüglich 

Frachtkostenanteil von EUR 3,50 innerhalb Deutschland. Ausland 

auf Anfrage. 

Herstellerhinweis auf Produkt: Die generelle Kennzeichnungspflicht 

gemäß dem ProdSG besteht seit dem 1.12.2011 und gilt 

grundsätzlich für alle Verbraucherprodukte und somit auch für 

jeden Werbeartikel. 

• Zu kennzeichnen ist jedes Produkt mit dem Namen und der 

zustellungsfähigen Anschrift des Herstellers bzw. desjenigen, der 

das Produkt in den europäischen Wirtschaftsraum einführt und 

dort bereitstellt. 

• Anstelle des Lieferanten können auch der Werbemittelberater 

oder der Werbende selbst mit ihren Namen und ihrer Anschrift 

zur Produktkennzeichnung herhalten. Damit gelten sie quasi als 

Hersteller und übernehmen folglich sämtliche Haftungsrisiken für 

das Produkt. 

• Grundsätzlich hat die Kennzeichnung auf dem Produkt zu erfolgen. 

Lediglich in Ausnahmefällen - wenn eine Kennzeichnung 

bspw. aus Platzgründen nicht möglich ist - ist auch eine Kennzeichnung 

auf der Verpackung gestattet. 

Versandpapiere: Falls der Versand von uns neutral bzw. in Ihrem 

Namen erfolgen soll, stellen Sie uns bitte dafür vollständig ausgefüllte 

Versandunterlagen zur Verfügung. Wir berechnen hierfür je 

Versandadresse EUR 3,00. 

Verteiler: Bei unterschiedlichen Versandadressen die Adressdaten 

bitte als EXCEL-Datei zur Verfügung stellen. Pro Spalte ein 

Adressbestand-teil (z.B. Name/Straße/PLZ…). Bitte fordern Sie 

unsere Vorlage an. Lieferscheine in 3-facher Ausfertigung. Je nach 

Aufwand können Mehrkosten entstehen. 

Mindermengen: Sollten Mindestmengen angefragt werden, 

berechnen wir je Auftrag mindestens EUR 25,00 zzgl. der ggf.

Bestellmengen: Mengenabweichungen von ± 10% sind aus technischen

Einzelversand: Anbringung von gelieferten Adresshaftetiketten

Beigabe: Einlegen je Beigabe (kostenfrei angeliefert), je Stück

Bitte beachten Sie: Samen, Topfpflanzen und Bäumchen sind ein 

Stückchen Natur und keine genormten Serienprodukte. Sie lassen 

sich nicht „produzieren”, sondern werden mit Liebe, Sorgfalt und 

Geduld gezüchtet und gepflegt, abhängig von Jahreszeit und 

Klima. Es gibt keine Garantie, dass Samen keimen und sich 

vollständig entwickeln. 

• Samen lassen sich über einen Zeitraum von 3-4 Monaten problemlos 

lagern – sofern trockene, kühle Lagerhaltung gewähr-leistet 

ist. 

• Lebende Pflanzen werden für den Transport sorgfältig vorbereitet. 

Sie benötigen spätestens 6 Tage nach Ankunft beim Empfänger 

Licht, Luft und evtl. auch Wasser. 

• Lebende Weihnachtsbäumchen können aus botanischen und 

technischen Gründen nicht am Lager gehalten werden. Auch 

kleinste Aufträge erfordern aufwendige, individuelle Bearbeitung. 

• Unsere Töpfchen gelten als Anzuchtbehälter! 

• Preise verstehen sich ab Werk, zzgl. gesetzlicher Mwst. und 

Versandverpackung.

Printing methods 

Digital printing - Paper/cardboard, boxes, labels 

4-c designs are available at attractive prices even with small quantities. 

There are no register differences. The colours are always 

compiled from the 4-c process. Special colours in acc. with HKS, 

RAL or Pantone can only be approximated. Slight streaking may 

be visible with extensive colour designs. Printing on shiny boxes 

the ink is transparent and therefore often do not achieve the 

desired colour tone, but can have a very elegant effect thanks to 

the shining through*. In case of imprint with full-surface motives 

a slightly streaking could be visible, as well as due to edge 

sloping imprint an overspray of colour onto the lateral edges, plus 

colour-particles also on box-hinges as far as present are possible. 

Slight scratches and unevenness may appear due to the material. 

* A white background or printing with white colour is not 

possible for boxes in digital printing. 

Offset printing - Paper, cardboard 

An attractive price for larger print runs. Printing of special colours 

in acc. with HKS and Pantone is possible. 

Pad printing - Boxes, pots, glas 

Register differences are possible to an extent. The double printing 

of individual colours may be necessary for whole-surface printing 

or far white as printing colour (counts as an additional print colour 

in each case). Slight scratches and unevenness may appear due 

to the material. 

** A white background or printing with white colour is possible on 

boxes, but counts as an extra colour. 

Laser engraving - Matt-silver boxes, wood, lacquered pots 

Top-quality customising even with small quantities. Laser engraving 

involves the matt-silver varnish being removed, exposing the shiny 

surface. With whole-surface lasered motifs, the cast of the box 

material becomes visible. Slight scratches and unevenness may 

appear due to the material. 

Colours 

Depending on the material and product, colours may deviate. 

With boxes, glas etc. we work with transparent inks. Transparent 

inks are not opaque and therefore often do not achieve the 

desired colour on a non-white surface. In this case, we would 

recommend a white background which is charged as an additional 

print colour.

Creating printing copies the right way 

• Make sure you supply us with print data 1:1. 

• We would therefore ask you to send us only „open“ files. We 

do not process PDF files. Any faults would only be visible on 

the printed product which could mean additional expenses and 

longer delivery times. 

• Line drawings should have an optimum resolution of 1.200 dpi 

or should be vectorised; continous-tone illustrations should have a 

resolution of 300 dpi. 

• If data are sent by e-mail, please add the appropriate program 

extension (e.g. .qxd for QuarkXPress, .fh for FreeHand, .cdr for 

CorelDraw). 

• All files and data must be supplied on disks to facilitate processing. 

So please add the original basic file to any eps files. 

• Please make sure you also save imported files (e.g. tiff, eps, 

bmp or jpg files), should there be any included in your document. 

• Due to technical reasons please use Pantone colours or CMYK 

(independent from your printing colours). 

Note: Halftone motifs only after printability check. We require a 

proof of the colours provided for multicoloured halftone motifs. 

Fonts 

Please change the font characters into paths (basically for PC). 

If you send us the fonts too (only Macintosh fonts), please store 

the complete font files as zip/sit. Loading of external fonts is not 

possible. 

Data storage media 

• Please write your address, file name, logo and product on any 

data storage media you use (MAC-formated CDs) and send us a 

printout of the files. 

• The printout should be marked with the file name and the name 

of the printing colours (HKS, Pantone). 

• A binding colour sample is required for motifs based on the 4-c 

process. 

Extra costs 

• if the data doesn‘t fulfill our printing gutdelines (e.g.no „open“ Data). 

• if the delivered data is not printable (e.g. separate logos, motifs 

and text. 

• if you don‘t supply us with print data 1:1. 

• if films are supplied. 

• if data ist supplied more than one time (e.g. correction of data). 

Important 

• To check the content, we always require a print-ready PDF. 

• The customer is always responsible for proofreading and editing. 

• We cannot accept any responsibility for the product in the case 

of incorrect data. 

Data transfer 

Send us your data per e-mail mentioning logo/motif and name 

of our contact person. Please include the name and telephone 

number of your contact person. If there are any questions about 

the exchange of data please call our hotline. 

General product and processing notes 

Selection of samples: On account, plus freight charges of 

EUR 3.50 within Germany. Shipment abroad on request. 

Producer advice on products: The general labeling requirements 

in accordance with the ProdSG existed since 12/01/2011 and 

applies to all consumer products and thus for every article. 

• To identify each product with the name and address of the 

delivery performance of that manufacturer or that introduces the 

product in the European economic area and there provides. 

• Instead of the suppliers can also advertising consultant or advertiser 

serve themselves with their name and address, product 

identification. Order to be considered as a kind of manufacturer 

and therefore assume all liability for the product. 

• In principle, the marking shall be available on the product. Only 

in exceptional cases - for example, if a label is not possible for 

reasons of space - a marking on the package is permitted. 

Shipping documents: Where shipment should be carried out by 

us neutrally or in your name, please provide us with the completed 

shipping documents. If you wish us to complete the shipping documents, 

each address will be invoiced at EUR 3.00. 

Distribution list: If the products are to be sent to different shipping 

addresses, please send us the address data as an EXCEL file. One 

address component per column (e.g. name/street/post code). 

Just ask for our template. Bills of delivery in triplicate. Depending 

on the work involved, additional costs may be incurred. 

Minimum ordering quantities: For orders below the minimum 

ordering quantities, we charge minimum EUR 25.00 plus any additional 

attendant costs per order or per print colour. 

Order quantities: Divergency of quantities up to ± 10% is possible 

for technical reasons. 

Single unit shipment: Adhesion of completed address labels supplied 

by customer and of mailing stamps as well as delivery to 

post office, per piece EUR 0.20. 

Enclosures: Enclosures per unit (supplied free of charge), per 

piece EUR 0.05. Placing cards in sleeves, per piece EUR 0.05. 

Please note: 

Seeds, plants and mini trees are natural products, not standardised 

products. They cannot be “manufactured” as such, they are rather 

the products of affectionate care and patience and depend on 

the season and the climate. There is no guarantee that seeds 

will germinate and develop to their full size. 

• Seeds can easily be stored over a period of 3-4 months, as 

long as they are kept dry and cool. 

• Live plants are prepared carefully for transport. They need light, 

air and water at the very latest 6 days subsequent to arrival with 

the customer. 

• Our pots are considered to grow container. 

• Living mini christmas-trees cannot be stored in the warehouse for 

botanic and technical reasons. Even the smallest orders require 

time-consuming, individual processing. 

The articles listed in this catalogue can be changed to suit your 

wishes (package design, seeds, plants, etc.). We can also develop 

articles customised to the individual marketing targets of each
