BIOGRAPHY<br />
With a combined total of 50 years of North Shore living, Kathryn and Kelly are experts in the area. From Glencoe down to Evanston,<br />
they have the North Shore covered from top to bottom. Both women went through the North Shore school district, and now their<br />
children - ranging from two to teenagers - are following suit. This, in addition to their active involvement in the community, gives<br />
them unique perspectives and solid relationships in the area.<br />
Proud to offer a turnkey solution to real estate, their corporate backgrounds taught them to understand the value of customer service,<br />
identify what clients really need, and instilled in them the importance of listening and creating solutions. The Mangel Team has the<br />
ability to take a client from A to Z in every real estate transaction, and offers 24/7 availability. Prior to real estate, Kathryn and Kelly<br />
each worked for large corporations - IBM and Aon, respectively - which developed their professional attitudes and shaped who they<br />
are as Realtors today.<br />
Kelly and Kathryn first met while playing sports together in Wilmette, and their competitive drive fuels them to do their best when it<br />
comes to serving clients. Both Kathryn and Kelly were independently named “Rookie of the Year” in their first years in real estate, and<br />
have consistently ranked as top agents ever since. Down to Earth and easy to work with, Kelly and Kathryn source homes for high-level<br />
CEOs, young families just getting started, empty nesters, rental seekers, and everyone in between.<br />
Kathryn and Kelly are able to adapt to whatever their clients may need, and the team mentality means that no question goes unanswered.<br />
Between the two of them, they have the skills and solutions to work with every client, whether they want to buy, sell, relocate, or rent.<br />
Natural born problem solvers, Kelly and Kathryn have streamlined their business model in order to provide the best possible customer<br />
service. They are well known in the North Shore and have great relationships with other agents, as well as everyone else who assists in<br />
the real estate process.<br />
Currently, Kathryn lives in Winnetka with her husband and three children, while Kelly lives in Kenilworth with her husband and three<br />
kids. In their free time, they enjoy being with their families and encouraging their children’s activities and sporting events. They also<br />
both have a passion for helping the community. Most recently, Kelly chaired the Shedd Aquarium Gala and Kohl Children’s Museum’s<br />
“Touch a Truck” events, while Kathryn chaired the Botanic Garden’s Harvest Ball and the Joseph Sears School JK-8th Grade Whole<br />
