Our system is assembled at our
main facility, providing our
customers with unmatched
quality control. The system that is shipped and
installed by one of our skilled technicians, was
hand assembled right here at the source, not
in some factory miles away. The AmegaView
CMS is the most scalable and expandable CMS
on the market. Thanks to its true client/server
architecture, the AmegaView CMS is capable
of expansion on a corporate network that
extends across the country or even the globe.
The AmegaView CMS can expand worldwide
making the need to buy multiple systems for
each specific location obsolete.
Let’s continue our tour of the AmegaView
CMS at the source, the units being monitored
themselves. We offer a multitude of industry
sensors to accommodate every monitoring
need your business requires. Our sensors are
top quality, reliable, and accurate. A sensor
is installed within the unit/s or space you
need monitored. When we discuss a unit
with a sensor installed we refer to the whole
as an input. Our sensors are reading the
environmental condition constantly and sending
this information to the next component of our
system the AS-Connect panel. The senors plug
in to the AS-Connect panel, independently,
keeping each input isolated and grounded.
Data is then immediately converted
from an analog to digital state, utilizing
an input module which has its own 12 bit A/D
converter. This is a unique advantage verses
other systems that may only have one for the
whole CMS. This results in the most accurate
readings possible. Aside from inputs the
AS-Connect panel is capable of supporting
digital outputs as well. These outputs can
control any on/off features you wish, such
as lights, audio alarms and even turning
on and off your coffee maker. The total number
of inputs and outputs per panel is 32, in any
combination. Each AS-Gateway can accept
up to 32 AS-Connect Panels. We also offer the
AS-Connect panel in a 16 input version if your
needs are of a smaller scale. The AS-Connect
panel sends the digital information to the next
component of our system, the AS-Gateway.

AMEGAVIEW HARDWARE
The AS-Gateway is in essence the “brains” of the
CMS. Each AmegaView AS-Gateway is capable
of communicating with 32 AS-Connect panels.
That’s 1000 wired inputs per AS-Gateway!
Each AmegaView package can support up
to 10 AS-Gateways. This expansion and
scalability is unmatched in the industry!
It is capable of operating in a stand alone
mode with its own PC or over your existing
network through a simple network jack.
The AS-Gateway will perform all of the
monitoring, alarming, data-collecting, and
notification whether your PC or network
is on or off line. This means that even if your
PC or network should fail the AS-Gateway
will continue to log your vital data for new
an extended period of time, six months to one
full year. The AS-Gateway has a built in 1 GB
memory standard and can be upgraded to
16 GB to insure that all data is secure until
it is transmitted and downloaded to your PC
or networks central database. In the event
of an alarm status, the AS-Gateway can then
send this information to the AS-Dialer.
The AS-Dialer is one method of the CMS
that can notify you of an alarm status. When
an input is recognized out of range by the
AS-Gateway, the AS-Dialer is instantly
instructed to dial out per your preset
specifications and call lists. It will inform the
appropriate person that an input is in alarm,
its current reading, and its high and low limits.
The AS-Dialer also has a dial in feature you
can interrogate, inhibit, enable, or hear the
status of a specific input. You can also integrate
multiple AS-Dialers on the network. The
AmegaView CMS can detect if one AS-Dialer
is busy or disabled and can redirect the data
to the secondary one, even if that secondary
AS-Dialer is in another location worldwide.
All of the pieces of our CMS are connected
using Class A wiring in a loop pattern, resulting
in a redundant design. Even if a wire is cut
there will be no loss of data and the CMS will
continue to function and log data. Our CMS
is wired to be virtually immune to industrial
noise so often found in facilities, which can
skew data readings. The AmegaView CMS
also works with your existing network
making it easily to install and integrate with
existing infrastructure. This results in minimal
disruption upon installation. We are confident
our CMS is the most redundant, secure and
flexible on the market.

Turnkey system! None of the
wires! The wireless version of
our CMS adds all the benefits
of wireless to what is already the best
centralized monitoring and alarm system
on the market. Wireless takes our easy
installation process and makes it even easier!
Virtually no holes to make and no wires
to run. The CMS is still compliant, redundant
and secure! We utilize the ZigBee® Mesh
Network (the only highly reliable standards
based solution) to make sure that the
transmission gets through to the a AS-
Receiver and AS-Gateway. The only thing
you lose are the wires! Its extremely flexible
and cost effective. Our wireless sensors have
an extended battery life which can last up to five
years. All batteries are continually monitored
by the AmegaView CMS for ultimate reliability.
The transmissions from sensor to AS-Receiver
to AS-Gateway or sensor to AS-Repeater
to AS-Receiver to AS-Gateway are fully secure
and highly reliable. We utilize spread spectrum
technology to encrypt the data, and make
it virtually immune to interference. Within the
wireless CMS the analog to digital conversion
happens right on the sensor itself. It then
sends a secure digital signal from the AS-Repeater which relays it to the AS-Receiver inside the
AS-Gateway. The AS-Gateway then communicates with the AS-Dialer and your wireless CMS
functions the same way a wired system would. We also offer a combination of our wired and
wireless CMS to adapt to any need you may have. Ask about our hybrid CMS. We tailor each

Our software takes our reliable and smart hardware to the next level.
The AmegaView software is designed with the user in mind. From setup
to everyday use you will find it simple and easy to use. Get to KNOW the
AmegaView software, you will be glad you did. The software architecture is set up so it can
operate in either ‘stand alone’ mode or as a ‘client/server system’ over your corporate network.
It lends itself to companies of all sizes large and small. The software is included with the CMS for
as many users as needed up to the system maximum, a stunning 500 users. It will run on any
windows based PC. It is fully 21 CFR PART 11 compliant, and is an incredible and useful addition
to any GxP facility. The software is capable of utilizing many databases, such as Access, Oracle,
and SQL. All data can be encrypted for security and exportable to an Excel® file. AmegaView
software is completely customized to your needs. Even though the AmegaView CMS is constantly
monitoring each input in milliseconds, you the customer, determine how often you would like the
CMS to log the data per input, in normal conditions and alarm conditions. Just about everything
in the AmegaView software can be individually customized making it fully adaptable to each
customers specific needs.

Setting up your inputs in the system is effortless.
The AmegaView software utilizes drag and drop
simplicity making things easy. Its just a matter
of dragging the input icon to the appropriate
position and dropping it in. You are able
to select a prototype and floor plan if you wish.
The prototype option is a convenient feature
you can make use of to expedite the set up
of individual inputs. You can set up one
prototype for freezers, one for incubators, etc.
This saves you time and repetitive steps when
adding inputs, as well as making individual
parameter changes to a group of inputs
a snap. There are multiple ways to do almost
any everyday task, choose from the drop
down menus, click on the icons, or right click.
You can even save the desktop just they way
you like it, so it looks the same way, your way,
every time you log in.
Another important feature within our
software is how the inputs are set up between
the hardware and software. When you setup
an input within the software you can name
and number that input whatever you like. Now
here is the important part. All data, historical
and current, are attached to the input’s
number and NOT it’s actual physical location.
This means that in a wired or wireless system,
if a piece of equipment is moved to a different
location, all the historical data follows.
The floor plans for the software
can be as simple or as detailed as you wish.
You can have us design one for you, or use your
facilities existing floor plan and just upload
it. You can have as many floor plans as you
need. Easily view all of your inputs, and where
they are located as well as their current status
by our color coding.

The AmegaView software has a simple find
feature to locate a specific input in an instant.
Aside from a floor plan you can also view your
inputs on the status screen. If you are moni-
toring hundreds of units, seeing them on the
floor plan can become confusing. With the
input status screen its a snap. You see exactly
how many inputs are in alarm, inhibited, dialing
and in normal range with just a glance. You
can also select a specific input from the drop
down list and see all pertinent information as
well as display a real-time graph, with the abil-
ity to display up to SIX inputs at one time. If
you wish to view a historical graph that is just
a click away as well. Need to view more than
one input? You can view up to five inputs to
appear on the same graph. All graphs are color
coded and easy to inspect.
You can also view the graph in customized
time periods. Choose to view the readings
and events in minute, hour, day, week, month
or year increments. To fully employ the graphs
full potential you can add custom text to
a specific point. Now that is a dynamic and in-
formative graph! Yet another way the Amega-
View software simplifies your life is through
the reports. We utilize CRYSTAL REPORTS®,
reporting engine, which is the most widely
used report engine out there. This makes our
reports easy to read, find and understand
what you need. We have over a dozen differ-
ent types of reports you can take advantage of,
giving you the power to view your information
in any way you see fit. All can be customized
with your company logo, address, header and
footer. Our Input Current Value Report pro-
duces a current snapshot of readings from all
your inputs, as well as their current high and
low limits. You can also view and print histori-
cal readings over multi-year periods of time.
You can even export the reports to an excel
file. Our activity report which also functions
as a program change audit log. It is a detailed
look at all the activities on the CMS, such as
when an input goes into alarm, what changes
were made, who made those changes and what
happens there after. Every single event that
occurs within your CMS is logged here.
A report that is helpful and distinctive
is our calibration report. You can view all

your calibration information in one complete
report. No more looking to the activity logs
and searching to find what you need. In our
calibration report you can date the report
information by name or number, and change
the time period. It provides you with the input
name and number, date and time information,
the ‘AS Found’ reading, the NIST reading and
who performed the calibration. Everything you
need right at your finger tips!
During an alarm state your needs may
change and the AmegaView CMS is capable
of adapting to those needs. You can program
inputs to log at a faster rate and can set up an
alarm delay if needed. Once an input is in alarm,
you can customize the way you are notified.
You can put to use five different ways of notifi-
cation; Phone, email, text message, local alarms,
or PC. Choose one, two or all of the ways.
You control who the AmegaView CMS con-
tacts and how at the input level. The phone
lists can be set up for night and day. Vacation
time can be programmed per person. There is
also a forced comment box that appears dur-
ing an alarm status “forcing” someone to type
in comments as to what is happening and what
steps are taken to resolve the issue. This helps
avoid those instances of getting called away
or forgetting to do so.
Last but far from least are the security
features set up within the software. In the
programming menu an administrator can set
up multiple access groups controlling who
sees and has access to what within the whole
CMS. You can customize for each user what
they can and can not do, change or see. This
feature carries over to the AS-Dialer as well.
A person can only dial in and make changes
with their passcode. You can also set up system
passcodes to expire after a chosen date for
added security. All in all there are 25 different
levels of security built into our CMS. Making
the AmegaView CMS extremely secure and
a valuable tool in keeping you compliant.
