Dear Alfursan member,
With summer around the corner, Saudi Arabian Airlines are ready to
make your summer holidays even more memorable.

missing miles and update your family membership profile.
This edition of Alfursan World introduces you to the new Alfusan
programme with more benefits and privileges. It also puts you in the
driving seat. We have listened to your comments and suggestions
and have produced a smooth running programme and a new
look. With the very latest technology on the new Alfursan website
you will be able to manage your membership, and your family’s
membership as well.
To help you celebrate the new Alfursan programme our partners
have some special offers which are in this edition of Alfursan World.
You can benefit by earning extra Alfursan Reward Miles from these
world-class hotels and car rental partners.
All Alfursan members will now earn 100% miles on their domestic
flights - one mile flown now earns one Alfursan Mile - the same as
on international flights. And with Guest ‘V’ class tickets you will also
be eligible for 10% Alfursan Miles.
We have introduced International Sectors as another way for you to
qualify for Silver and Gold membership. When you renew your Silver
or Gold membership you will benefit from the new reduced annual
renewal requirement of Status Miles or International Sectors. Both
Status Miles and International Sectors are set to zero at the start of
each calendar year (1 January to 31 December). For Blue members
there is now no minimum qualification for continuing membership.
Your membership is valid for life.
You may have already received your new Alfursan membership pack
with your membership card, baggage tags and your new Alfursan
membership number as well as a comprehensive membership guide.
You can use your new Alfursan membership card as soon as you
receive it.
As well as for your flights, remember to show your Alfursan card
on check-in at your hotel or when picking up your rental car so that
you receive your Alfursan Reward Miles when transacting with our
partners. Also remember to use your Alfursan credit card for your
purchases giving you even more Reward Miles.
If you are an Alfursan member and have yet to fly with us – make
your first flight a priority and earn a 50% introductory bonus – the
pathway to even more exiting Rewards.

Earning Miles
All miles earning on domestic
flights will be on the same basis
as international flights. Alfursan

Family Membership
Alfursan members can nominate up to eight of their family
as members who can be enrolled into the Alfursan programme
with their own Alfursan membership cards and numbers. Children
aged 2 - 12 years earn 50% Reward Miles and Status Miles.
If a family member is over 18 he or she can opt to leave the family
programme and apply for individual membership of Alfursan. Terms

Membership Levels
Blue membership
On your first Saudi Arabian Airlines flight as an Alfursan Blue
member we will give you an extra 50% Alfursan Miles as an
introductory bonus. There is no minimum qualification for Alfursan
Blue membership which is valid for life.
Qualifications for Silver and Gold Membership
As an alternative to qualifying for higher membership through
Status Miles, members can progress through the membership status
levels by flying a qualifying number of International Sectors.
An International Sector is a flight or flights on Saudi Arabian Airlines
for which a separate flight coupon has been issued. International
Sectors cannot be combined with Status Miles to qualify for Silver or
Gold Membership.
Once a member has qualified for Silver or Gold membership either
through status Miles or International sectors, the qualification for
renewal has been reduced as shown in the illustration below.

Alfursan Website
Managing an account on the website
Once members have logged into their account they will be able
to check their statement, request rewards, view rewards issued
and make changes to their flight preferences, contact details or
password.
Members can also manage their family account which includes
viewing who they have enrolled as family members, adding or
removing a family member or changing a family member’s details.
Earning and redeeming miles
The mileage calculator enables members to work out the Miles they
will earn from any Saudi Arabian Airlines flight by entering the start
point, destination and cabin class. If some of the miles flown are not
on the statement, the online missing miles form is available to claim
for those miles.
Members can calculate how to use their Reward Miles with the
Alfursan Miles redemption calculator. This will show the options
available and the Miles required. With the online Miles redemption
form members can start using their miles.
Alfursan Partners
Full details of the offers from Alfursan partners in hotels, car hire
and financial services are listed on the website together with the
number of Reward Miles that can be earned.
Members can find full details of Blue, Silver and Gold membership
together with updates to the programme on the website.
