This two and a half-day course
will highlight breast, biliary and
pancreatic oncology, colo-rectal
disease, surgery in the obese
patient, infections, and a medley
of topics and targeted practical
hints for the practising general
surgeon.
Format includes interactive
touch-pads, case presentations,
workshops and film festival.
Participants will be able to
identify and manage difficult
clinical problems, be updated
on guidelines for cancer management
and learn to diagnose
and prevent common surgical
problems.

A DVD of General Surgery presentations
will be mailed to all participants following
the program. To ensure that participants
receive the most up-to-date information
from presenters, and to reduce the environmental
impact of our meeting, a syllabus
will not be printed.
