Take Apart I/O Door - 5 I/O Door I/O Door No preliminary steps are required before you begin this procedure. Caution: The PowerBook140/145/170 contains CMOS devices that are very susceptible to ESD damage. To prevent damage, wear a grounding wriststrap. Review the ESD precautions in Bulletins/ Safety.
Take Apart I/O Door - 6 1 Open the I/O door. Right Door Peg 2 Carefully bend the door so that the middle bows outward and unhinge the two bottom door pegs.
