Electronic Customer Notification

Blonder Tongue uses electronic mail (i.e. E-mail) as the primary communication method with our customers. This may include

notifications of new Price Lists, Broadband Reference Guides, Catalogs, new product announcements or existing product updates etc.

In addition, we provide acknowledgement of your purchase orders, invoices and RMA (return material authorizations) by electronic

mail. Look for electronic shipment notification soon. If you know of anyone who is not receiving these notifications, and would like

Technical Solutions Group (TSG) is Blonder Tongue’s technical support team consisting of experts in system design and engineering

services. Our technical staff possesses knowledge of products and services to create and implement quality system designs to meet

specifications, designs and mechanical

drawings are created and evaluated by

our experienced engineers before they

are released for the Quality Control &

Manufacturing process.

We provide an extensive warranty with

every product sold. Most warranties cover

the product for a full 3 years from the

original date of purchase (see the BT Limited

Warranty).

MASTERBUILT

The cable television headend is essentially

the heart of the CATV system. Blonder

Tongue provides headend fabrication;

completely racked and assembled using

our unique MASTERBUILT methodology.

Everything required to completely

build a system or headend, including

documentation and design diagrams, are

meticulously assembled and packaged

using special packing methods, and

shipped to the installation destination.

The MASTERBUILT team has taken several

unique and extraordinary steps to ensure

that your headend arrives intact and

functional. MASTERBUILT headends are

optimized for long term operation and easy

support.

The Blonder Tongue Technical Solutions

team of expert engineers develop detailed

wiring diagram and rack elevation for

each unique MASTERBUILT headend

requirement.

In addition to expert application and

design support other services such as

headend site survey, additional on-site

engineering, complete field test of the

installed system, and custom products can

be provided for a fee consistent with the

complexity of the system.

Phone support from the Technical Solution

Group is available during regular business

hours at no charge. Design work is charged by

the hour or per outlet based on the complexity

of the design. Revisions and updates to the

original design are subject to additional

charges.

On-site field technicians and engineers are

available for a fee. TSG supports headend

implementations, site surveys, installations,

on-site system engineering, turn-key system

construction, test and measurement, or

system design diagnostics. Blonder Tongue

can also provide 24-hour support and on-site

system engineering or troubleshooting of field

problems on a scheduled basis.

Technical Training Seminars

Technical Training seminars are conducted

by the TSG systems engineers and include a

full set of course material which include our

Broadband Reference Guide, Product Catalog,

and Certificate of Completion. Our seminars

qualify for BICSI Continuing Education Credits,

ICIA Renewal Units, and/or NSCA Learning

Unit (LU) credit where specified. Go to
