Contract & Technical Rider
Local presenter/purchaser agrees to furnish at own expense:
• Stage Requirements: Standard concert set-up. Stage should be
swept clean and cleared of all equipment, debris, etc., prior to
ARTIST arrival.
• Local Crew Requirements: 2 Front of house sound and light techs;
1 follow spot tech; 1(stagehand); 4 stage hands to load in & load
out. *ARTIST will arrive five (5) hours prior to performance time.
• Lighting Requirements: good concert lighting is required. Usually a
general color stage wash with an overhead and “front of house”
electric suffices.
• Audio Requirements: ARTIST provides all back line equipment,
mics, monitors and props.
In addition, please provide:
• 8x8 drum riser
• Projector and video screen
• Since the artists travel with their own instruments, a piano isn’t
necessary, but if the venue has a piano tuned and show ready, the
group may choose to use that during the day of performance.
Dressing Room Requests: Two (2) private dressing rooms with easy
access to the stage, furnished with chair, table, mirror, clothes rack
with adequate hangers, and wastebasket. The dressing rooms should
have access to a private bathroom (for Artists only) with hot and cold
running water, adequately supplied with fresh soap and clean towels,
issue and paper towels.

Hospitality: ARTISTS will greatly appreciate one (1) case of bottled
water- 24 bottles total and hot coffee and tea. No other food items are
required.
Receptions: ARTISTS are always happy to be available to attend
meet and greet events.
Merchandise: ARTISTS will have merchandise for sale. Please
provide table(s). ARTISTS may ask for assistance and will notify you
in advance of performance(s).
