differentiate our prices based
on the number of users in
your existing Dynamics NAV
installation.
The term Users refers to the total number of Microsoft
Dynamics NAV Full Users in your license - not
how many are going to use our products
If you purchase a license for unlimited number of
users, then you will have no additional charges if
you add extra users to NAV
If you purchase a license for a limited number of
users you will have to pay the difference if you add
extra users to NAV meaning you move from one
price level to another.
The Enhancement Plan fee will be updated with
the correct number of Full NAV User when the
next period starts

Licenses for first Company in the Microsoft Dynamics
NAV license must be purchased at full list price
Additional Companies within the same Microsoft
Dynamics NAV license may be purchased at a
significantly reduced cost
Licenses should only be purchased for Companies
which actually use the product
Additional Companies may be eligible for additional
discounts if they only have a very low volume of
documents to process
All licenses from Continia Software A/S are only valid for one
NAV Company.
This pricelist display prices that allow additional companies within the
same Dynamics NAV license to use our products at a reduced price.
These prices are under the assumptions that all companies within this
Microsoft Dynamics NAV license have the same benefits from using the
product.
If this is not the case, you can apply for an additional discount through
your Microsoft Dynamics Partner. Your Partner will need to provide us
with a full overview of each company as well as how they will be using
the products. If you are eligible for a discounted price, your Partner will

SEPA integration
The term for a pan-European option of
sending payments in Euros from banks in
up to 32 countries. This communication
module allows you to perform so-called
“SEPA Credit Transfer” payments directly
from Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Continia
Payment Management.
Country specific banking formats
Besides the SEPA Credit Transfer format,
we support a variety of country specific
formats in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Bank Account Reconciliation
Contains functionality for entering bank
statements from the bank’s payment
system, as well as automatic balancing
of bank entries, and automatic creation of
entries for bookkeeping, for example of
interest and charge lines.
This is a real opportunity to save a lot

to use. In addition, through
your NAV Partner you can be up and
running in less than one week!
Tired of typing?
Invoices and other documents are analyzed
and data is read from the scanned
image automatically. Document Capture
uses previously defined document templates
to put the data into the correct fields
in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. New templates
are generated on the fly and you
can easily change templates by highlighting
text on the scanned image and linking
it to the correct fields.
Match purchase orders
Continia Document Capture includes an
advanced set of features for matching
purchase invoices with existing purchase
orders.
Sales orders and other documents
Sales orders are included as standard as
well as purchase invoices. Using highly
configurable templates, you can define
new document types and fields that are
relevant to your business.
Drag-and-Drop
With Document Capture you can dragand-drop
any file or e-mail to any record in
NAV. As an example, when approving purchase
invoices, you can attach the original
purchase quote from the vendor, e-mail
about special conditions, etc.
Full-text search
All PDF-documents are fully indexed in
NAV, which makes it possible to do a full
text search through all document data –
not just the data which is captured and
used in NAV fields.

it. The alternative to a Local Desktop Scanner is a network scanner (MFP) and carries no additional licenses

The story behind
Continia Software was formed in 2009 but has many years of successful enterprise before. It all started in the
business Hotcom Informatics, which was established in 1990. The company developed and sold solutions for
Navision, for example NAVIBanking, which was launched on the Danish market in 1993 (now the product is
named Continia Payment Management).
In 1999, R & D department was spun off to form Celenia. The 22 nd of December 2009 an investor group
choose to buy the department of transaction based add-on products out of Celenia and establishes itself as
Continia Software. This department is carrying the new business organization with Henrik Laerke, former head
of the department, as CEO.
On February 1 st , 2013, Continia Software merged with the Danish company Akeyto, adding the NAV add-on
Continia Document Capture fully into its portfolio.
