In order to enter the competitionentrants must enter via a) filling in the form enclosed in the printed guide with their feedback onthe guide, along with 25 words or less on what they love about Melbourne and posting it toDestination Melbourne, Level 3, 290 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, or b) via the competitionlink www.surveymonkey.com/s/ovgwinter2013. Entrants must supply their feedback on the guide,along with 25 words or less on what they love about Melbourne, their full name, address, emailaddress and phone number. Entry is free.3.4 Only one (1) entry permitted per person.3.5 Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian overthe age of 18 years before entering the competition.4. PRIZE4.1 There is one major prize on offer.• $250 Lightning Ridge Opal Mines gift voucher. Items can be chosen in store or from the onlinecatalogue on www.opals.net.au• Standard worldwide postage of the chosen item/sTotal prize pool is valued at $2504.2 The prize must be used by 22 May 2014.
