Acrylic FilmsVinyl FilmsKorad Acrylic Film is an extrusion blown film that yields extremelythin films while maintaining a greater width. The Korad polymerresin is a specially designed, proprietary multipolymer composed ofseveral acrylic monomers. Korad has exceptional color stability underlong-term exposure to UV light, visible light, moisture, heat and cold, making it the preferred surfacing material for ABS, HIPS, PVC andpolycarbonate in weather related environments.Available in a virtually unlimited pallet of colors—white through black, standard and custom. Standard gauges are 0.003" and 0.006" andcan be produced in widths up to 10 feet wide. Custom films can beproduced from 0.0015" to 0.009".**In addition to Korad Acrylic films, PolyOne also manufactures severalspecialty acrylic films. Acrylloy film features both better scratch andchemical resistance.A leading producer of vinyl and decorative films, PolyOne offersa complete suite of capabilities ranging from calendering and convertingto embossing, laminating and design. Our films are laminated to a widevariety of substrate materials such as acrylic, vinyl, styrene, ABS, paperand more. Our extensive range of capabilities and processing expertiseensure our products exude vibrant colors, optimal consistency andunmatched smoothness. From matte to high gloss, custom-made wood grains, natural stone andother effects, our calendered and converted products offer the most versatileand complete collection of high-quality film products in the industry.Films are custom formulated to meet specific end-use performancerequirements.
