Using the Caller ListViewing the Caller ListYou can view the caller list with the handset. Caller List in<strong>for</strong>mationincludes the caller’s name and phone number, the time and date the callwas received, and the number of times that caller called.Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.1Press Ö or Ñ to enter the CallerList.•The display will show, <strong>for</strong> example,the following.2 new callsGF H=Directory2To3To•You can go to the directory list bypressing FWD/EDIT á (p. 42).search from the most recentcall, press Ö.To search from the oldest call,press Ñ.•To scroll between callers,press Ö or Ñ.exit the list, press(FUNCTION/EXIT/CH).•The handset will return to thestandby mode.,(FUNCTION/EXIT/CH)•Once new calls have been checked, “√” will be added.•If “No items stored” is displayed, the Caller List is empty.•If more than one call is received from the same caller, the date and time of thelast call will be recorded. If the same caller calls again, the call entry with “√” willbe deleted.28
